RC-1136: Thank you, RC! Yeah, I referred to my casting tutorial for a more detailed description of the process. Do you have a second Magna Guard, that's complete? If not I can cast that part for you. Thanks for your feedback, mate!

Awesome black version of Grievous. The red highlights  just make the black pop better too. I like him a lot. Off to share on the front pages.

That is a phenomenal alternative version of Grievous.
He looks so much more powerful.

Excellent work my friend.

Thank you very much, Christoph. You know that I had been talking about making this version for months...I'm glad I finally finished him. It might not look like much work, but I used quite a bit of different paints and working steps on him. And I agree, this black version looks much more b**a**. I like to look at him and his four red lightsabers in the glass cabinet.
Have a great weekend buddy!

Took some more detail shots of Grievous:

It would be cool to see them bring a version of Grievous back like this that they did with Darth Maul. I would so be down for that!

Just a great custom Philipp.

31st Nexu Battalion

Just wanted to give you a little update on what has been happening on my workbench lately. Needed to take a short break - I recognized how much time Instagram is consuming and that I neglected the Shipyards since I installed that app 3 weeks ago...so apologies for my absence.

Used this custom trooper I got with another fodder:

Found this reference material on DeviantArt and other sources a while ago:

These are looking good. I agree with Tamer, the color scheme is excellent. I love how much work you do researching these customs. But I'm really curious about the Wookiee body I saw at your work station. :)

Great work on the fanfic clones - they look nice. Kind of a mashup of Wolffe's men and Shock Troopers.

That is a nice color scheme for that clone battalion.  Looking forward to seeing more of them.

Tamer: Thank you for sharing them! I'm glad you like them too!

Starchaser: Thanks for your comment! I fell for this design right when I found it. Thanks for the heads up! I only collected images of this design in the outer web. No entry on Wookieepedia or such, but I know there're some Battlefront Mods of the 31st Battalion out there. Speaking of Wookiees: This is going to be a Wookie Marauder based on a miniature by Wizards of the Coast of their Revenge of the Sith Line. Always wanted to get a little hairy on Ewoks and Wookiees...now's the time!

RC-1136: Thanks for checking out my latest! Yeah, I agree on the mashup. I really like the design and will never get tired of different Clone Trooper designs - so won't Hasbro! lol

Eyositer: Thank you so much for looking at my customs and leaving a comment! More are in the works  ;)
