Your guys always put a smile on my face. Your "butthead" figures work out really well, I'd never know unless you told me . The Weequay with the mechanical arm is rad. I like the Besponian spaceman.

eBay Link to the auctions for this latest batch

So the real world had me tied up for a bit, but I finally found some time to finish some figs.  Hope you enjoy them.

Beltron %u2013 Roonan Spy

There is a price for everything and for everything there is a price.  Beltron deals in information and prides himself on the value of his product.  Beltron knows that nothing loosens those secrets like a silver tongue, a sly wit and a generous helping of strong drink.  Everyone%u2019s got a secret and the Empire is willing to pay handsomely for them.

Head is from a rubber UFO alien I picked up at the Area 51 shop in Roswell, NM with a SW Darth Vader breather grill.  The torso, arms & legs are Indiana Jones Monkey Man.  The robes are from a SW Senator Palpatine figure and the Chest piece of from a Xyber-9 Ikira figure.

Boba Pred %u2013 Yautja Bounty Hunter %u2013 A Star Wars/Predator Mash Up

It is unknown whether Boba Pred came up among the Mandalorians or just pilfered the armor from a fallen quarry, but his skill are legendary.  Excelling far beyond the abilities of the fearsome Yautja, Boba Pred brings along all the tricks and cunning of the feared Mandos.

Head and claws are a Reaction Predator (Masked) figure.  The helmet required a little carving to give it the Mandalorian look.  The rest is a SW Kenner Boba Fett.

Cal Boracqua %u2013 Twi%u2019lek Skiff Guard

As Cal Boraqua marched out of Jabba%u2019s palace with a smile on his face.  He nailed that interview %u2026 NALIED IT!  It helped a lot that Jabba%u2019s majordomo was also a Twi%u2019lekn (Twi%u2019kers got stick together), but beyond that his polearm work was on point that day.  And getting assigned straight to the sailbarge on day one, what could be better.  Help runs a stupid Jedi and his friends out to  the Sarlacc Pit and then %u2026 PARTAY!  Life just couldn%u2019t get sweeter!

Head is SW Kenner Bib Fortuna.  The torso & legs are SW Kenner Weequay.  The arms are from an A-Team Rattler figure.

DST-425 %u201CFiver%u201D %u2013 Service Droid

Fiver was not a fan of the new evaporator stations on Corbin 5.  They were testy and rude and always getting jammed with moon dust.  It had gotten where he could almost time when they would fail and them it was back out into the choking dirt for a teardown and realignment.  He missed the days when he was repairing the load-lifters on the Star Cotillon.  Sure there was grease and grime, but that clean processed air kept a droid joint limber and fully functioning.  But alas all a droid can do is dream.

The tracks and body are from a Dollar Tree tank and fueling station, the arms are Battle Droid, the eyes are a Halo modular armor piece, and the back pack is from a GI Joe Cyber Ninja.

%u201CGolden Jake%u201D J8K-482 %u2013 Droid Bounty Hunter

J8K-482 was originally purchased as part of a security detail for Boss Nieto;s new casino, the Silver Gundark.  And Boss Nieto is nothing of not flashing, so it was gold droids all around.  Unfortunately Boss Nieto had enemies and those enemies preferred a stealthy tactical response to flash.  When it was all said and done, Boss Nieto and most of the security droids were scrap, and J8K-482 was out of a job.  But the J8K series are survivors, so %u201CGolden Jake%u201D became a skip tracer for Boss Nieto%u2019s old rivals and never looked back.

Head is a SW Pit Droid.  The torso, arms & legs are DC Multivesre Arkham Knight.  The bandolier is from a Thundercats Tigra figure and the Rifle is from a M.A.R.S. Cybotrinix modular robot figure.

Gwarrah %u2013 Wookie Bounty Hunter

Gwarrah was never as big as his fellow wookies.  He was also never at home in the trees.  So when he was young he caught a ship off Kashyyyk and left to see the stars.  It didn%u2019t take long to figure out that bounty hunting was the best way to survive in the black of space.  But Gwarrah holds to the code of his people, never kills and only hunts those who require justice.  It%u2019s a hard life, but amongst the stars he is at home.

Head & torso are a Reaction Teenwolf figure.  The arms are from a Reaction MOTU Mer-Man figure and the legs are from a SW Kenner Hoth Luke figure.

Five Tellon %u2013 Sullustan Jedi

Five Tellon has never sought the rank of master nor showed any desire to sit upon the council, just he has trained over two dozen padawans relishes his role as teacher.  He loves unraveling the mystery that is each new student, seeking to the best path to enhance their strengths and steel them against their weaknesses.  He asks a lot of his pupils and pushes them to the breaking point, but in the end they have all proven to be assets to the Temple.

Head is SW Ten Numb.  Torso, upper arms & upper legs are SW Anakin Skywalker figure.  The lower arms are from a SW Luke X-Wing Figure.  The lower legs are from a SW Zuckuss figure.

Grasst %u2013 Trandoshan Padawan

Grasst was terrified that he was being assigned to Fiver Tellon to complet his Jedi training.   The other younglings had warned him that that the master was one of the hardest teachers in them temple.  Few Trandoshans ever manifest force powers, and Grasst had had a terrible time gaining control over his own abilities.  Master Yoda was infinitely patient and supportive, but he had heard Tellon could be harsh and demanding.  But fear is the mind killer, and Grasst knows he must try and trust the way of the Force.

Head & hands are SW Clone Wars Bossk and the rest is SW Episode I Anakin figure. The braid is from a SW Episode I Obiwan figure.

Hoo-Joos %u2013 Gran Jedi

Hoo-Joos could not have expected the speed at which the clone troopers turned on him.  He had just completed their rout of Sepratist Forces from the ice caves on Hoth when like a switch they flipped and fired at him.  He took the first salvo without falling, but he wasn%u2019t far into the cavern when it began to collapse on him.  With a searing pain in his side, smothered by the ice, he slipped off into the dark night.

Head is SW Ree-Yees and the rest is SW Plo Kloon in Snow Gear.

Hort %u2013 Zygon Bounty Hunter %u2013 A Star Wars/Doctor Who Mash Up

There was a time when the Zygons sought to dominate the universe, with their draconian tactics and infection propagation, but the Empire put an end to that.  Nearly extinct, the small band of survivors fled further into the outer systems.  Now the few who can be cautious venture back into populated worlds, seeking only to eke out a living on the edge of the galaxy.  Hort is such a creature.  Using his formidable physical skills and keeping to the shadows, he works the wanted lists and helps to rebuild his people.

The hands are from a SW Plo Kloon figure and the rest is a Doctor Who Zygon figure.  The loincloth and belt were sculpted from Apoxy sculpt.  The bracers are SW Accessories.  The holster is from a SW Ponda Boba figure.

Krombopulous %u2013 Gromflomite Bounty Hunter %u2013 A Star Wars/Rick & Morty Mash Up

Krombopulous is just a Gromflomite trying to make a living in this harsh universe.  With a wife and brood at home, you gotta make some cash before some damned fool parks a ship on your head.  So bounty hunting seemed like the thing to do, along with a little assassination and demolition on the side.  The trick was to remain professional and maintain a good work/home life balance.

Head is a Krombopulous Michael from a Rick & Morty Discreet Assassin construction set.  The torso is an Ultimate Soldier P-51 Pilot figure.  The arms are from a  Lanard CORPS figure and the legs are from an SW A-Wing pilot.  The feet are from and Indiana Jones figure.  The gun rig is from a SW Bespin Luke figure.

L10-X %u2013 Assassin Droid

Tomel breathed heavy as he rushed into the escape craft and slammed the jettison button.  No way was he going to die today.  The ship spiraled away in the aft porthole as the small shuttle fell away from the Night Star.  He loved that ship, but it had become overrun by assassin droids.  He still wasn%u2019t sure how the Black Sun figured out is was him feeding information to Crimson Dawn, but clearly they had.  He settled into the seat and let out a sigh.  But the sigh caught in his throat as the four red eyes of the L10-X blinked on from the copilot%u2019s seat.  He barely blinked before the blaster fired and the stench of ozone filled his dying nostrils.

Head is a Tron Legacy Black Guard.  The neck & torso is a SW Battle Droid.  The arms are from a GI Joe B.A.T.S figure.  The lower right arms is from a Zak Storm Caramba figure.  The legs are from a SW TA-175 Tactical Droid.

Tibbits %u2013 Cathar Bounty Hunter

Tibbits decided very much in the moment that security was not really the job for him.  Defending some rich cats money seemed like a wast of time for the enterprising Tibbits.  So he signed on as an Imperial Bondsman.  A lot more risk, but a lot more money and all the freedom he could want.  Maybe he'd make enough to hire his old security firm.

Head is from another rubber UFO alien I picked up at the Area 51 shop in Roswell, NM.  The torso, arms & legs are SW Bespin Luke.  The hands are from a GI Joe Airtight Figure.  The armor is from a Jurassic World Dinosaur Trainer Owen.  The belt is from a GI Joe Snake Eyes figure.

Karl Ruprect Kroenen %u2013 Hellboy Nazi Scientist

Based on the comic book version instead of the movie version.  I want to try another where he%u2019s dressed for surgery.

Torso, arms & legs are Marvel Red Skull figure.  The head is GI Joe Cobra Crimson Horseman, with goggles added using some scrap plastic cylinders.

WWII German Laser Trooper

I was putting together the Kroenen figure and felt he needs a companion.  The Iron Grenadier is clearly a throwback to the Nazi Helmet, so it seemed an easy fit on the German Soldier body.  But I wanted it to have that otherworldly vibe, so %u2026 Tada, Laser Trooper!

Torso, arms & legs are Indiana Jones German Soldier.  Head is GI Joe Iron Grenadier.  The backpack is a SW First Order Flametrooper with rubber band straps.  The hose of from a set if old iPhone head phones and the gun of part of a RPG.

That's a pretty fun set of figures. There are some really creative designs and stories in there. I particularly like the Wookiee:) The Iron Grenadier totally works for the Hellboy scenario, too.

Thanks.  I originally was going to try to make the Wookie a Hassk, but he just didn't look ugly enough for a Hassk.

Thank you.  Boba Pred came out better than I expected.  I basically ended up with too many Masked Predator figures and have been trying out new ways to use them.  I think if I were to do the Sullustan Jedi Again I'd give him hair or head wear.  They just look weird to me bald, even though I know that's how they're supposed to be.

Gracias.   I was pretty pleased with how the German Laser Trooper turned out.  It was a pretty simple idea construction wise, but I kept adding to it.  I hope that make an Iron Grenadier in the 6 inch series, because I would really like to try this again in that scale.  I don't really do soft goods, but the pack straps would be cooler that way.

So, much like I did towards the beginning of the years, I spent the weekend laying out enough figures to finish out the year.  No just a lot of painting. :)

Dude, that's a lot of painting! I see a few figures in there I have in the fodder pile for "some day" and I see a few fun combinations (is that a Fortnite/Wookiee mash-up - great idea for a female). These will be fun when done. I think the Thanator mount will be cool.

Thanks, Tamer.  I gotta get back on track on my 1 non-Star Wars figure for each month goal too.

Dude, that's a lot of painting! I see a few figures in there I have in the fodder pile for "some day" and I see a few fun combinations (is that a Fortnite/Wookiee mash-up - great idea for a female). These will be fun when done. I think the Thanator mount will be cool.
I'm excited to see how the Fortnite/Wookie turns out.  It's rough finding female bodies and of course harder still to find one with hair.  I've thought about getting something from the Animal Warriors of the Kingdom ... but I balk at spending too much on fodder.  I grabbed the Fortnite figure at a garage sale for a buck, so I feel more free to experiment.  And I grabbed the Thanator at Tuesday morning for $3, so again if I screw it up I won;t cry too much :)  I'm wanting to paint it up with Tribal markings, kind of like the Felucian Rancors.

That's a lot of fodder. How do you come by it all?
I have been collecting it for years, mostly from garage sales, Goodwill, FB Marketplace and bulk lots on eBay.  I also used to scour Big Lots, Ross,, Tuesday Morning, TJ Maxx, and places like that, but that's obviously slowed down this year.  I still keep an eye on the clearance aisle at Wal-Mart.  I am a scavenger.
I do occasionally grab something specific, like the Cylon, Terminator, Klingon, etc., but make use of what I've found.  I also have a very forgiving wife who doesn't complain that I have a closet full of boxes and spend a lot of Saturday mornings digging through them :)
