Those are insanely cool! The Jawa marauder is definitely a creepy favorite! Well done.
I dabble in the Star Wars Universe of Toys... I rip apart little plastic people and turn them into other plastic people. Sometimes I take pictures of them and post them.

I agree with Tamer, I'm in love with the Jawa and the C0KE dispenser droid. Such a cool idea! For some reason the Jawa reminds me of the Skaven of Warhammer fantasy with his washed look and the gatling gun.
So many awesome designs and exotic headsculpts here! Karrlos is so much fun to look at! If I had a "Lepi" head, I'd definitely make one as well. I just have too many incomplete TCW Obi-Wan figures in my fodder bin...

Ashlan – Fu-lum Bounty Hunter
A Star Wars/Dragonball Evolution Mashup

When Ashlan first struggled from the shores of the savage swamp and into the den of his family, there was little hope he'd survive until winter.  He was scrawny and thin.  He was the runt of the birthing.  But he survived.  And when the slavers came a swept up his village to go work the mines of Cynda, they though for sure Ashlan would be dead in a week.  But again, he survived.  Survived long enough to under stand the mines.  Survived long enough to understand the delivery schedules.  Survived long enough to escape and start a new life hunting those who ran.  And day after day he ran down the unlucky and survived.

Head is original sculpt in Apoxy-Sculpt.  The rest of the body is SW Constable Zuvio.  The blaster is Lanard Aliens.  The swords are True Legends knights and the back sheaths are from a Final Faction Shift figure.

Balgus Forsought – Satyrian Scoundrel

The Satyrians occupy the third moon of Devaron and are cousins to its devilish race.  Unlike the more gruesome Devaronians, the Satyrians are known for their beauty and charm.  Balgus Forsought is a prime specimen of this.  He’s also a being with almost no moral compass.  He would trade his brood-mates for a glass of Rodian Ale and he would burn a world for the right margin.  Balgus trades in secrets & lies and he does a brisk business.  Luckily he won the favor of Gorraba the Hutt, which has kept him off the chopping block on more than a few occasions.  A wise man would not leave Balgus Forsought unattended at ones back.

Head is Fortnite Fallen Love Ranger.  The torso, upper arms and hands are SW Count Dooku.  The forearms are from a GI Joe Flash figure.  The legs are SW Anakin Skywalker Cold Weather gear

Bone Hammer – Yautja Rebel A-Wing Pilot
A Star Wars/Predator Mashup

A member of the Blood Squadron formed from the remnants of the Green and Silver squadrons and reconstituted with several new pilots recruited from the outer rim. The Blood Squadron was tasked with striking Imperial Garrisons along the Outer Rim in order to liberate and recruit as many new planets as possible. Bone Hammer was one of the few Yautja willing to abandon his people’s tradition of trophy hunting that lead most of his race into the bounty hunting profession. Bone Hammer is a skilled pilot who has modified his A-Wing fighter with equipment from his home world, including: advanced sensor array, full rotating auto targeting cannons, and cloaking device. This of course comes at the cost of diminished shield capacity. Bone Hammer is often utilized by the squadron for advanced scouting and recon, at which he excels.

Head, forearms and hands are from a Reaction Predator figure. The torso, upper arms and legs are Kenner SW Luke Skywalker X-Wing Pilot.  The backer card is original art assembled using Adobe Photo Shop and Illustrator.

Lurker – Xenomorph Rebel X-Wing Pilot
A Star Wars/Aliens Mashup

A member of the Blood Squadron formed from the remnants of the Green and Silver squadrons and reconstituted with several new pilots recruited from the outer rim. The Blood Squadron was tasked with striking Imperial Garrisons along the Outer Rim in order to liberate and recruit as many new planets as possible.  Colonel Hannibal found Lurker in the bombed out remnants of an Imperial Research Base.  The Imps has been working on bio-weapons again.  Using primitive alien life forms to make nightmares of war.  Lurker was doing just that … hiding in the shadows.  The scientists has increased its intelligence, far beyond what they wanted.  Too smart meant hard to control.  Lurker was a failure by program standards.  It was scheduled for termination when the partisans attacked the facility.  Colonel Hannibal brought Lurker into blood squadron and trained it.  Lurker became an ace pilot in the versatile X-Wing fighter.  Lurker's fighter uses stolen Shadow Tech to gain surprise advantage in combat, sweeping in from the black of space.  Lurker is fiercely loyal to Colonel Hannibal and all the members of the Blood Squadron.

Head, forearms, hands, lower legs and feet are Reaction Aliens Xenomorph.  The torso, upper arms, and upper legs are Kenner SW Bossk figure.  The backer card is original art assembled using Adobe Photo Shop and Illustrator.

CLE-4199 “Clyde” – Logistical Droid

CLE-4199 or ‘Clyde” as he is known around the Acchio Station Port, knows where it is.  What is It, you ask?  Whatever you are looking for.  Clyde runs the Underground Commissary, trading in the finest in “less than Imperially approved” goods.  From blasters to blasting caps, from ales to alien tech, Clyde is your droid.

Head is SW TA-175 Tactical Droid.  Torso and arms are SW FA-4 droid.  Legs are SW Bucket droid.

Dafina Rezaal – Chiss Smuggler

Dafina Rezaal inherited her ship from her father.  Being the eldest daughter gave her full rights after her father's passing and she only has to “space“ two of her brother's who objected.  The other three siblings fell in line and the Spear of Csilla was under her command without question.

Head is Marvel Black Widow.  Torso and arms are GI Joe Scarlett.  Hands are McQuarrie Concept Female Luke Skywalker.  Legs are Thunderbirds Are Go Kayo Kyrano.  The vest is cut down from a SW Rey (Resistance Outfit).  The holsters are from a SW Young Boba Fett (animated).

Elder Kolan – Maltusian/Guardian Jedi
A Star Wars/DC Comics Mash Up

Elder Kolan had laid out the plans for the Tatooine Expeditionary Force.  The planet was a nexus of the force and something big was going to happen there sometime in the near future.  He has plotted the ley lines of the Forces and knew this to be true.  It would be somewhere in the outer reaches of the Dune Sea, away from the conniving Hutts and the other criminal factions.  Somewhere out there something ancient and powerful promised to bring about a change in a galaxy.  So Elder Kolan laid his plans and formed his team.  The truth would be discovered.

Head is a Green Lantern Guardian figure.  Torso, upper arms and legs are SW Clone Wars Obi Wan Kenobi.  The fore arms are SW Count Dooku.

K0-DRD “D-Red” - Droid Bounty Hunter

K0-DRD “D-Red” has the patience that can only come being mechanical.  He had sat for a week under the same tree watching the same backwater tavern.  Now through the scopes of his long rifle his target came into view.  A Twi’lek in expensive robes and a Rodian in a ragged space suit.  They loitered near the entrance talking.  Possibly about how clever they had been to dodge the bounty on their heads.  So clever.  Two quick blasts from the rifle and their cleverness dissipated.  They had been worth more alive, but the dead fee was enough.  D-Red gathered his bag and marched to collect his bodies.

Head is a Ready-to-Robot shoulder canon.  Torso is SW R-3PO.  The arms and legs are SW Battle Droid.  The satchel is from Indiana Jones.  The rifle is from Wild Wild West Artemus Gordon.

OOD-231 – Battle Droid Veteran

OOD-231 had seen his share of war.  First with the Techno Union and then with the Separatists.  He commanded a section focused on demolitions and special artillery.  But the problem with bombs is sometimes they blow up at the wrong time.  Left in for scrap in the fields of Cato Neimoidia, OOM-231 drum himself back to Tarko-Se.  Rummaging through salvage yards he was able to put himself back together … some.  Now in the back alleys of the ruined city, he begs and trade old secrets for the power to keep going.  Battered, but not broken, damaged, but not yet dead.

Head is from Transformers Mudflap.  The torso, arms, and legs are SW Battel Droid.  The cart is made from a dollar store cement mixer trailer and some various geebles.

R2-KZX – Astromech Droid

The little girl, Kurri, called him “Lemon Drop”, but R2-KZX rarely responded to that designation.  Assigned to nursemaid this child was beneath his programming.  He was meant for a luxury spaceliner, but for the company collapsed.  Now instead of the stars, played games about pink Ewoks and raced the halls of the mansion seeking the hidden child.  So much for the dreams of droids.

Head is SW R2-D2.  The body, legs and back piece are Power Rangers Beast Morphers Jax Beastbot.  The antennae are from a SW Battle Droid.

Sawtooth – Mooger Jedi
A Star Wars/Power Rangers Mashup

Sawtooth spent time everyday meditating to control the hunger that drove his species.  There were few at the academy that thought a Mooger could ever reach the level of Knight, given their driving biological needs.  To have so many teeth and tear into everything around you seemed a bias they could not escape.  How could such a creature not succumb to the Dark Side.  But Sawtooth trusted in the Force and trusted in his feelings.  Sustained by the binding magic of the universe his hunger was satisfied and he excelled art his studies.  A Knight of the Republic from unlikely origins.

Head is Power Ranger’s Mooger.  The arms & hands are SW Anakin Skywalker Cold Weather Gear.  The torso and legs are SW Anakin Skywalker animated Clone Wars.

TR-553 – Droid Bounty Hunter

TR-533 ducked to the left and ran through the darkened passageway.  His sensors could hear the heave steps of the Klatoonian in the main hall.  TR-533 laid on speed getting ahead of his target.  He fired the tranq dart at the door mechanism ahead.  As the portal hissed open, TR-533 rolled through the opening, releasing the flechettes as he went.  The Klatioonian never knew what hit him as the metal shards tore into him.  Bloody, his carcass dropped to the floor.  TR-533 calculated for a minute and directed his ship to the nearest air lock.  Dragging the body he began the scan the listing for his next target.

Head is from a jet pack from a Gundam Zaku.  The body, arms & legs are from a Storm Hawks Dark Ace.  The right shoulder pad is from a SW Clone Wars Mace Windu.  The flechette pack is from a Xyber 9 Anakonda.  The holster is from a McQuarrie concept Chewbacca figure.  The rifle is a SW Clone Wars Westar M5 blaster rifle.  The pistol is from a Kids Connection set.

Wullush – Abyssin Rebel Commando Grenadier

Wullush’s father had been an engineer, building great bridges and towering buildings.  He taught his son the secrets the held these magnificent structures together.  And when his father was murdered for protesting the Imperial takeover of Byss.  So Wullush joined the Rebellion and used his knowledge of structure to tear things down.

The head is an original sculpt in Apoxy Sculpt.  The body is a BBI Special Ops parachutist.  The shell belt is from a Halo figure.  The grenade launcher is a Clone Wars EMP Launcher and the strap is made from a piece of a rubber SW Obi Wan Kenobi cloak.

Yandra Kastro – Human Bounty Hunter

Why be subtle when you can make a mark?  Yandra Kastro always left her mark.  The time in the military training followed by the time in the brig was not enough to dull her ego.  She would show the galaxy what she was made of.  And she was hard to miss.  Tall in black and red armor.  The heavy repeating blaster and the Besslisk blade she swung.  It was hard not to see her.  And the bounties learned to be afraid, but that just made it fun.  Nothing like a good chase and a wild public fight to leave your mark.

Head is Lori from Shark Tank.  The rest of the figure us Marvel Gamora.  I think the belt is GI Joe.  The sword is from SW Dek Jettster.  The rifle is from Final Faction.

Dr. Karl Ruprect Kroenen – Nazi Scientist - Hellboy

Head is Incredibles 2 Screen Slaver.  The Torso and arms are GI Joe Snake Eyes.  The legs are GI Joe TROC Cobra Commander.  The smock is from a SW Ugnaught.  The backer card is original art assembled using Adobe Photo Shop and Illustrator.

So its been a long while, but I finally got a new batch of customs done.

Moronarama eBay Link

Alf – Melmacian X-Wing Pilot
A Star Wars/Alf Mashup

A member of the Blood Squadron formed from the remnants of the Green and Silver squadrons and reconstituted with several new pilots recruited from the outer rim. The Blood Squadron was tasked with striking Imperial Garrisons along the Outer Rim in order to liberate and recruit as many new planets as possible.  The Melmacians were a prosperous race in the out reaches of the Galaxy, until the Empire took and interest in the planets rich ore supplies.  The largely peaceful Melmacians stood no chance before the imperial onslaught.  Survivors were few and Alf was one of those willing to join the Rebellion.  His piloting talent lies in his ability to focus on a singular target and run it down without mercy, usually mumbling something about “cat juice.”  Alf is a loyal and reliable member of the Blood Squadron.
Head is from a Wendy's Alf Robin Hood figure with the hat trimmed off.  The body and legs are from a McDonalds Action Man Gravity Wheel Figure with the legs shortened and given swivel articulation.  The arms are SW Kenner Nine Numb.  The visor is made from SW C'ai Threnalli helmet.  The backer card is original photo composite art  made in Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator.

Mork – X-Wing Pilot
A Star Wars/Mork & Mindy Mashup

A member of the Blood Squadron formed from the remnants of the Green and Silver squadrons and reconstituted with several new pilots recruited from the outer rim. The Blood Squadron was tasked with striking Imperial Garrisons along the Outer Rim in order to liberate and recruit as many new planets as possible.  While being a strong pilot, Mork often worries his fellow Blood Squadron members.  He can often be found talking to some imaginary figure he refers to as Orson and giving full reports of his days activities.  The flip side of this instability is in combat, Mork will often assail his opponent's coms with and unending verbal assault including strange voices, noises and jokes.  He does a killer Emperor Palpatine.
Head is from a Mork and Mindy Mork figure.  The rest is Kenner SW Luke Skywalker X-Wing Pilot.  The helmet is from a SW Galactic Heroes Wedge Antilles.    The backer card is original photo composite art  made in Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator.

Darth Gruber – Human Sith Lord – Je-Die Hard
A Star Wars/Die Hard Mashup

The head is a SW ROTS Captain Antilles.  The Body, arms and legs are from a Dark Knight Rises Batman.  The chest piece is Halo modular armor.  The backer card is original photo composite art  made in Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator.

John McClain -  Human Jedi – Je-Die Hard
A Star Wars/Die Hard Mashup

The head is GI Joe Retalliation Joe Colton.  The torso, upper arms, upper legs and feet are GI Joe Retalliation Blind Master.  The forearms and hands are SW Storm Trooper.  The lower legs are GI Joe Air Viper.  The backer card is original photo composite art  made in Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator.

Doc Magehdon – Duros Doctor

The Galactic Frontier is a dangerous place.  The hard-scrabbled people of these planets have a nobility and sense of honor that has been lost in Core Worlds.  This is what drew Doc Maghedon to work in this place, that and the freedom to make his own way on his own terms.  Trained at the finest hospitals Corusant had to offer, Doc makes his life serving these people out on the edge.  But not everyone is kind on the Rim, and being handy with a  Vibro-Sword has saved his skin more than a few times.  Life on the Frontier isn't for everyone, but the Doc continues to make his way.

The head is SW Ellorrs Madrak.  The rest of the body is SW Anakin Skywalker in peasant disguise.  The sword holder is from a Final Faction Shift figure and the sword is LOTR Legolas.

KLNK-1 “Klunk” - Maintenance Droid

The captain of the Arachno Star had given up trying to buy a droid that could manage the ship's complex maintenance, so he just built his own.  KLNK-1, or Klunk was cobbled together of parts of a dozen wrecked droids from a Ord Mantell salvage haul.  As a result of this hodgepodge Klunk has a most unique personality and can be found whistling and talking to himself as he races through the Star's passages and ducts, tweaking and repairing her systems.

The head and torso are SW Rebels Bucket.  The arms are SW Battle Droid.  The  legs and pelvis are SW Mission Fleet IG-11

Kssk – Xenomorph Jedi
A Star Wars/Aliens Mashup

When Kssk first burst from the chest of the Mirialan woman, she knew she was different.  The woman was a Jedi and by way of the Force was able to connect Kssk to the collective unconsciousness of the Order.  So even as the Master died, the creature born of that death was redeemed from it's race's violent and destructive nature.  Kssk was quickly found by the Order and brought to the Temple for training.  The gift her host provided her made Kssk a quick learner and strong adept to the Jedi ways.  She quickly rose to Padawan and then Knight, driven to redeem herself for the life she too with her first breaths.

Head is Minimates Xenomorph.  The torso, arms, belt and skirt are SW Luminara Unduli.  The hands, legs and feet are SW Undead Geonosian.

OOR-449 – Surveyor Droid

There are some planets whose magnetism prevents orbital scanning.  Heavy ore deposits in the crust or deep metal cores play merry hob with the sensors.  The irony is these planets usually hold the most valuable resources.  So the mining guilds and prospectors deploy the Surveyor Droid, rugged bots designed with high capacity batteries and special recharging equipment for the long walk.  Drop four or five on a small moon and they have have the whole thing mapped out in a month.  One foot in from of the other, never stopping until the job is done.

Head is Fortnite Toxic Trooper.  The torso, arms and legs are SW Battle Droid.  The backpack is Fortnite Visitor.

Pushko Rahl – Aqualish Jedi

They left him for dead in the swamp, bleeding and surely food for the beasts.  But the weak minded do not know the Force, or how it flows strongly from life.  Barely conscious, Pushko Rahl slowly drew the power from all the living thing around him into himself and began to repair the wounds his attackers had inflicted.  The algae, the moss, the bugs, and toads and lizards all fed a small piece of their life into him and he was mended.  It might have been days or weeks, but when Pushko finally stood he was as strong as the day he was born.  He reached out seeking the trail his assailants left.  Not for revenge, but for justice.  The trail appeared to him clear as day and he marched forward, a Jedi on a mission.

Head is SW Ponda Boba.  The hands are from a Elite Forces soldier.  The rest is SW Comic Pack Anakin Skywalker.

R0-DNT – Service Droid

Nobody ever notices a service droid, especially a cleaning droid.  It was no different for R0-DNT, and that's why the pirates used him.  Drop him off at port on a full cargo ship or nice juicy passenger liner, and then have R0-DNT sabotage the hyperdrive in the middle of nowhere.  Why blow and airlock when R0-DNT can just open the doors and roll out the red carpet.  If he can crack the internal security protocols, R0-DNT can even lock the crew in quarters and then there's not even a fight.  A good space buccaneer cannot ignore the value of a good service droid.

Head is a Star Trek Tricorder.  The body is a Hot Wheels Speed Trapper.  The hoses are from a old set of Apple earbuds.

R2-GP6 – Astromech Droid

The GP series were designed to remove the need for the companion droid.  Why drop credits on two droids when you can get one droid that will do it all?  The GP series had all the system accessibility of a regular Astromech, but with the increased language matrix of a protocol droid.  Better still, some like R2-GP6 could be loaded with tactical data, making them good for back up security and defense.  Unfortunately the series fell prey to economics of the time, supply chain issues and a aftermarket on standard Astromechs that was too robust to continue such a costly program.

Head and torso are from a SW Astromech droid.  The arms are from a SW C-3P0.  The legs are from a SW FA-4 droid.

Sacco Carballa – Panhad Bounty Hunter

The Panhads were a rare race to encounter, even in the Outer Rim.  Their insular society did not seek to join the the greater galaxy in trade and war and the natural remoteness beyond the Regnac Asteroid Belt kept most visitors away.  But some like Sacco Carballa were filled with wanderlust and took off to the stars.  Normally their weakened eyesight limited a traveling Panhad's employment options, but Sacco had himself fitted with cybernetic implants.  With new eyes and his naturally thick hide, bounty hunting seemed a natural fit.  And Sacco did well for himself, proving to be a reliable and resourceful skip tracer and a favorite of the Black Sun.

The head I picked up in a set of prototype figures, but I'm not sure the line.  The eyes/goggles are from a old Mastermind game.  The torso arms and legs are from a Rick and Morty Rick in Purge Suit.  The belt is from a True Legends pirate and the pistol is from a  Meez-itz pirate.  The pickax is Lanard CORPS! And the shotgun is Fortnite.

Treesha Rook – Mandalorian Bounty Hunter

Treesha Rook hated her clan's subservience to House Kast.  She had been raised on the stories of mighty warriors from her clan who fought independently during the Heroic Age of Mandalor.   So It was no surprise when Treesha left Mandalor to ply her skills as a hunter of men.  Even by Mandalorean standards, Treesha was seen as vicious in her pursuit of  quarry.  She didn't hesitate to threaten or exploit a bounty's family or friends.  She saw no dishonor as those not of Mandalor deserved no special treatment.  And so Treesah made a name for herself as ruthless and cruel, but a bounty hunter who always got the job done.

Head is SW Synara San.  The torso, upper arms and feet are Fortnite Elite Agent.  The forearms are Fortnite Visitor.  The legs are Fortnite Singularity.  The jet pack and pistol are SW Mission Fleet Mandalorian.  The rifle is SW Sarko Plank.

Z15X – Techno Union Security Droid

The Z-Series was supposed to be the Techno Unions answer to Industrial Automations R-Series Astromechs, but that was hardly the case. The Z Series did feature the standard Techno Union quadruped design, thought to be superior the Astromech’s leg and wheel set up, but beyond that the Z-Series fell short.  The Union took a large number of the Z-Series were retooled for security and military sales, where that actually proved more appropriated.  With heavy repeating blasters and combat sensor arrays, the newly dubbed ZX droids were much sought after until the Techno Union's demise at the end of the Clone Wars.

The main body is a McDonalds SW Podracer toy.  The legs and pelvis are from a Ready2Robot set.  The gun is from a Fallout T-60 Armor figure.  The senor I cannot remember.
