Ugh!.... I hate that guy... Its TOO PERFECT!!!! Stop making figures I need for my collection. 😵😍  He looks like he belongs in the EP3 of Mandalorian!

Hahaha. Thanks man! 'He looks good enough for the Mandalorian' is exactly what I was going for, and a hell of a nice compliment!

I went back to this guy because the hand and face skin tone didn't match; easy fix by giving him some gloves.

The mismatched color.

The glove fix.

I think this one is about 6 weeks old; one of the last of the back-catalog figures.

Head is the Weequay Skiff Master with the braids removed, and repainted. The chest and armor piece are from the 2008 Rahm Kota figure. The arms are from Skiff Lando, with one lower arm swapped so this figure has no lower-arm armor piece. The belt and skirt are from Skiff Lando. The gun is from a Boba Fett (I think). The upper legs are from Vizam. The lower legs and feet are from a Galen Marek figure (I think). And the bandanna is Marauders, I really love their accessories.
He's wearing a Mythosaur skull symbol which I like to imagine means he once killed a Mandolorian, or maybe he once saved a Mandolorian who gave him the symbol as a way to show a debt.

Some of these parts have gone through a couple iterations, recently I tried a human head and arms, but I think this version settles it for blue-vest. This one is a little simple, but I think it looks pretty rad.

Pretty sure the arms are from Tarados Gon, the hands are Boss Fight Studio. The chest is Vizam. The head is Skiff Guard Weequay with the braids removed. The legs are also Skiff Guard Weequay. The belt/skirt is Boss Fight Studio, and the bandanna is, again, from Marauders.

This time I glued the bandanna on so I could get the knot part in the back to sit right, and to cover the scar of the braid-cutting in the back.

I like to think of these three as a crew of pirates. Maybe they work with, or deal with Jabba's crew, but they're not really palace henchmen.

One more today. This one is 12 or 15 years old. I don't remember who did the sculpt; someone I met on the internet (probably Rebelscum or FFURG forums back then). I recently reworked the paint job, and while not my favorite I think it looks pretty good.

R2 in the pic for scale.

Really nice updates here. Your use of the Umpass-Stay head with the Indy 3 Temple Guard body is brilliant! I think you're right about the Tarados Gon arms. Those head kerchiefs are working really well on these figures. Really nice job all the way around (including the Hoover). Keep up the good work.

You hear that Chuckles? Everyone wants to have your figures in their collections! I think that's the biggest compliment one can get. And you know what?
I want them, too! Want to fill up my Mos Eisley diorama with your customs!

Nice sculpt there, too! I does look like an original Kenner toy. Remember all the rubber animals from the 80's? Pure nostaligia there!
Thanks for sharing and keep it up!

Yeah, more great updates. Once again just great combinations of various parts. I could sure see you having a great Barge and Skiff diorama.

Off to the front pages with some of this.

Pretty simple head and accessories swap, with some paint apps.

Pretty sure that's a VOTC Chewy body, the head is from the Rorworr figure (2000), and the bandolier and gun are from the recent Force Link Chewy.
Since the Mandalorian E2 those little cartridges on the bandolier seem much more dangerous. ;)
