When I first saw pictures of this set I though it was a fanmade mock-up. I was instantly blown away by the designs. the level of detail and new accessories! But the thing I like most about those Phase II ARC Troopers is the fact that they're smaller than the VC06 Clone Trooper, again! I saw pictures of them next to the Black Series Captain Rex and they are indeed smaller, again! Never liked how tall the Clone Troopers with removable bucket have been since 2010...this set is beyond spectacular.
As JDeck already said earlier, The Vintage Collection only provides limited possibilities as far as set formats and cardbacks go. We'll propbably never see a Droideka on VC card. Battle Packs are only possible in the form of such Special Action Figure Sets. But THIS set here is truly an army-builder pack and I do hope Hasbro will do many more of these!
