That's a great diorama! I missed the earlier car post. It was fun to see a '59 VW Beetle. My wife has a '79 convertible Beetle, so it's always fun to see older models.

Starchaser: Thanks for checking this thread, again! You got a lucky wife. If you ever visit FialaFernbrugg in Austria, please check out the Beetle museum there! I need to complete this gallery today.
Be prepared for a couple hundred more pictures.

I took the bus across the country during the night on Sunday. When I arrived after 10 hours something special passed me by. Only a glimpse later and I would've missed this travel to the past. The 356 is my dream car and it's extremely rare here - ESPECIALLY still driving on the road in regular traffic!

A Porsche 356 B 1600 Super 90 from the 1960s.

This beauty from 1963 has a price tag of 99,750 GBP.

Yes, it was a super cool surprise! I'm so glad I was awake and had my phone in hand to take a quick picture. But as I said, a second later I would've missed it. Thought I was dreaming.
It was like traveling back in time more than 60 years...

It's pretty amazing to see the design similarities between this upscale sports car and the VW bug!

That was a rare one

The wife picked up a closeout 23 all wheel drive charger, on the left.
She still needs to get her tint and stripes on. I’ve had my challenger on the right for almost 7 years now.

This is so very cool, Clint! I love this couple of cars! And the color is very nice, too!
Lookin' forward to seeing your wife's modified with stripes.

I'm not sure if I should post more here at the moment. Some recent content was lost and I don't know if I should spend more time on restoring it.

Anyway on my way to Egypt I saw this Porsche 911 GT3 at the airport of Leipzig. They must have a big dealership there, too!

I hope you're all doing well!

Clint, your cars look awesome! Love the color on both of them. The black racing stripes are just the cherry on the paint!

Cars had a huge impact on George Lucas. I wonder which cars he has got in his private collection.
My uncle collects American cars from the 1940s-1960s in 1/43 scale.
This period of time and automobile history also inspired George and I really enjoy watching American Graffiti and will probably never get tired of it.
So I found 10 model cars in 1/43 scale on ebay to give to my uncle. The Cadillac Eldorado from '59 is another dream car. I think I really enjoy those shapes of the 50s and 60s era!
I pad 2,90€ per model. Couldn't pass on them for 22€ all together plus shipping!

Added another sticker to my ship. Used one of those emblems that I found on RedBubble.
