Custom Shops (casts and prints)

Often, when I post a custom with a 3d print part, someone will ask where I got it, or where are the best custom parts shops. So I was thinking I'd make & maintain a public list. I don't really have web skills so it's just a basic Google Site, but have a look, and let me know what I missed that should be added.

I guess it fits the 3d print section too, but I don't have a printer at home, I made this list specifically for people who don't print; these are all shops that sell physical items (not digital downloads you print yourself). Just to be clear.
