Jay, I am glad you like it. Doc, I just used Elmers wood glue to coat it and painted it with cheap Apple Barrel paints. Hans the Jawa is fanning Jabba to keep him cool. It is a ROTJ reference. Thanks for the kind words guys!

L.E. this finished looks spectacular and is now on the front page. It really shows us all that you don't need overpowering prices to make something that really looks good. Great job.

Thanks for all the great comments guys! Glad you guys like this it was fun to make and came out pretty good for such minimal investment. I would love to see others try something like this it is very easy and doesn't take much time. Since my last "finished" shots, I have decided I am not finished. My problem is I sit here compairing mine to the sideshow piece and want it to be as good or better. Now I want to get a little more detail on the gargoyles so I will do a little more painting today.

Well I have finished up the dias and taken final pics of it with the Hasbro Walmart exclusive version. I just need to get those pics into photobucket and I'll post them. I was also working on a few other things durring Christmas. I have every version of the Endor Rebel Soldier and would like to display them all together. My problem is they all look sooo different from each other. There are a few different outfits but all colored about the same here are a few reference pice.

From the Magic of the Myth display.

Here are my WIP pics

This one is close to the color scheme I think. It still needs some work and one shade of green may be too bright. The thing is I know it will be quieted down some when I apply the dullcoat. Please chime in on the camo, I think it is a tough one to capture. You can also see I started on the old POTF version beside the VOTC version.

I also think Hasbro has majorly slacked in their offering of AT-ST Drivers and support troops. Here are a few things I threw together just getting ideas. I will most likely get rid of the Veers helmet as it is not accurate. The new VOTC AT-AT commander helmet looks pretty good as does the old POTF one I dremeled out leaving the visor in place.
