Man, wouldn't it have been cool to see rockets launching off the side of this baby in the movie! Nice so far Devin.

got another action fleet custom (expect a great deal of these for the next few days, lol)

this one is the gian speeder, normally it has these humonguous missile launchers on the sides... :

so I removed the rediculous cannons since I didn't have the missiles for them and replaced them with an a-wing's guns... (look forwardto the a-wing getting the rediculously huge guns! lol)

this one is for phatty, no realy it is.  he commissioned a tye wing, die wing, or tie ugly (whichever name you prefer) from me in exchange for him trying to locate me two of the new single carded evo style bobas....

so here is what i've got so far.  I used a saws all to remove the y-wings engines, it was just quicker that way...  and I couldn't get a cutting wheel in there at the right angle.

right now it's just set up with the engines lying in the right position, nothing glued together.  I will eventually glue them on and then use apoxi sculpt to fill in the cracks between the tie fighter's wings and the new engines.

here ya go phatty:

here is the finished stealth t-wing:

eh... I'm realy not happy with the way this one has turned out either.  I think I should have just gone with the traditional look and painted the b-wing wings to match the x-wing body.

I don't think it looks bad. Heck try a brighter red and see how it looks. If you don't like it, You can paint the rest of it white. I kinda like the atst but heck, go ahead and throw a camo scheme and see how it looks. I know that I am curious to see what it would look like.

clint I realy don't know where to start with the atst and a camo scheme....

If I repaint it I still want the basecoat to be that primer as I don't want to have to reprimer it and paint all the details again...

what if I painted the armor pannels grey and did a black/white and grey urban camo scheme like I did on my trio of clones?  And then left the under areas the rusty brown color?  idk....  I might just repaint the entire thing...

same with the t-wing... I'm so frustrated with these right now.  I think I'm going to go out to the garage and fix my spud gun.... lol

I still really like that urban camo scheme that you did on those clones. I am half tempted to try to copy it on that shadow pilot fig that I am working on.

go for it clint, I think your version would put mine to shame though.

I think that's what I'm going to do with that atst.  Redo the entire thing in a base coat of light grey and then paint in the black and white and dark grey  patches in a similar style to yours.

I am feeling more confident after getting my old spud gun back up and running and shooting off a few rounds :) lol
