There really doesn't seem to be all that much going on with the ship in terms of details, Semi arched saucer hull, the cockpit depending on scale would be the hardest part, but almost none of Hasbro's stuff is in scale so you could be free to make it anywhere from a 1 to a 4 person design. The Falcon cockpit could work if you could find a junker falcon. To make it swivel would be as simple as a dowel rod through the body. A little wood, filler and sanding the contours and some sort of rear engine housing and you could do it.
