Looking good Jules. I too am wondering about the dog ears though. Can't wait to see more.

Dog ears?.....

My feeling was that the vehicle needs to look a bit less like a truck....let's see how it looks after the paint has been applied. They unscrew so taking them off isn't going to be a hassle.

I'm also waiting for a Falcon radar dish, possibly to fit somewhere on the rear section, plus another laser weapon for the front section.

This baby is going to take about 4 weeks to finish.

Jules that is looking great so far!!! just a throught... would you put thrusters under the so called "dog ears" ? or even some working LED on top of them?

A well-built sniper rifle is a beautiful thing. Ours has two zoom modes, "Up close and personal" and "Hello, you're dead

CC,

Gosh, I'd love to do loads, but this is a model for photography, so I'm not going to add stuff that is going to take up too much time. The paintwork is the vital part and that will completely trasnform the vehicle, I just can't wait to get the airbrush on it...

Hi everone,

I've been adding bits to the model here and there and now I'm just waiting for the seats to arrive. I've also got to add thrusters and then she'll be ready for painting.

Ive added a part with a red LED and somehow I've got to put back the sound unit with all of the cool sounds.

The interior of the rear will also be detailed as it will fit the mini ship from the large millennium falcon.

For colour, I'm thinking of a mid tone brown with a thick yellowy stripe accross the mid section. Of course the whole thing will be heavily weathered.

Nice additions, Jules! I like that dish on there and that BMF pod works perfect in your cargo bay. What a fitting replacement for bessie this will make.

oooOOoooo  I like!  I believe it was the angle that threw me with the "dog ears" addtions to the cab.  From the top they don't look bad at all!

That BMF pod fits with plenty of room to spare doesn't it! that's awesome... wonder what other cargo craft that thing could carry?

the dish and other greeblies are perfect.  What is the thing with the LED? can we get a better shot of it?

Yha, this one is going to be good, no doubt about it.   The interior of the cargo bay holds a ton of potential alone,
