I've got like half a dozen of those Cobra pogo-pods stashed away, wondering what the HECK I could do to/with them.  Now, I have an inkling.

Love the made-over Moccasin, too - man you go thru the INT-4's!   :D

Doc, it's the same one.... my kids tend to break my customs after playing with them for a while, so I just re-use the parts....

Damn Clone Wars...nothing lasts long!

Nice new vehicles.  I'm not sure why I missed these when they were posted.  Really love the Sentinel!

Wow Jules, that looks incredible!  What vehicle is that a base of?  Is it G.I. Joe, or other?  I think the stickers are a pretty nice touch as well!

Oh my this is just a bit more fantastic than I expected even from you. Bravo! The color looks great and the decals on this one are some of your best yet. This is just a perfect ship for the SW verse and you have made it a truely unique piece. So well done my friend.

Thanks Pat...

In answer to your question no, it's not a GI Joe vehicle, it's from a Gerry Anderson TV show called Space Precinct. You can see it prior to customising on my latest video if you check out the You Tube forum.

Thanks LE, that's a great compliment!

As soon as I got the thing out of the box I knew what I wanted to do with it. It's a kind of Manga/Blade Runner/Star Wars vehicle. I wasn't sure whether the orange would work, but I'm glad I went with my gut instinct on this one.

Yes this is very bladerunner-esque.  Brilliantly done, looks like it fits in the SW universe perfectly!

Damn Jules is there nothing you can do mate, I saw your video when you showed the SP toy and thought to myself ok will he do with that and now we know.

The paint apps alone are amazing as you went into a new direction with the brighter colour and then top it off with those amazing decals. The weathering is just perfect it's subtle enough so not to to take the attraction away from the brighter paint work 10/10 buddy.

This vehicle is a showstopper.  Just incredible.  LOVE the color choice.  You have created so many incredible vehicles and this one fits nicely among your earlier creations in your little collection of amazing vehicles.  I'm really in love with this one.  When I watched your video on Saturday morning I had no idea you would have finished this so early.  Awesome job!!  Cool little droid too :)

Man Jules that is fantastic. I noticed you took the cones off the back too. I figured you would do that when I was watching the video. Stupendous work. Can I ask the type of paint you used?? I am new to doing vehicles and need to know what type to use for a future project. I know a lot of people use Krylon fusion for plastic....

LC,

I use a plastic primer first, then a coat of Warhammer Primer (Chaos Black or Skull White, depending on the chosen colour), then I use plain old acrylic paints, applied by an airbrush.
