Clonehead's dioramas
« on: June 10, 2008, 06:01:02 PM »
Guess I will start by posting this pic of my geonosis dio that some of you have seen before which I made from styrofoam and papermache with some train diorama ballast "small rocks" thrown in.

I may have to experiment with my pic sizes here.

The mini-dio looks good Clint!  Also, the forum will automatically resize the images for you to meet our restrictions, so no worries!

That is a cool feature! I also like how when you first log on it automatically shows you the new replies to your posts.  Once again, good job on this new php site.

This whole thing is more streamlined for us all! Man I do like that mini dio. I can't wait to see the customs you have been working on too!

Thanks guys for your comments. Here are some more shots of that dio with the comic book arc trooper that I have repainted red and supplemented with a hollow removable cast of a Bacura helmet.

That chain gun is also a piece that I have casted in the past but need to make another working mold for.

Clint I kinda hope hasbro goes out of business so I can just start buying figs from you. I would be broke all the time, but there would be no complaints about the figs period. Daggone your just too good guy.

Thank you very much! Here are some shots of one of Tamer's Favorites........... This is a Titanium ATAT with its stock base decorated with Woodland Scenics diorama products to represent an Endor Walker.

Man CH, that looks spectacular!  I don't know if I have the steady hand or patience required to do something that pristine!

Man I sure wish I had that skill. You couldn't have picked a better vehicle to work on though Clint. Looks spectacular. I would love to see what you would do with the full size version.

Much thanks dudes! I would like to try one using that SW Mini walker that I spied in Tamer's  collection. I still haven't gotten around to picking that one up, yet.
I think I have a couple more shots to post of this one..........

Look's pretty good, really like the weathering effect, it really brings out the detail compared to just the straight gray.
