I'm big fan of the upgraded AT-AT Titanium stand. I think I try to make one.

Daggone, that must have been before you met me or I would have been all over that one!

I am running behind on these but here are those two little single figure dios that I have had in the wings.

I stripped off the protective tape from around the wood edges of the bases and put some stain on em. I decided not to put any grasses on the yellowish desert one, this time. All that remains is to mount a coated tie wire foot peg in each one and to some touchup painting and they will be finished.

Looking good Clint. I also noticed we have the same Wallmart headers that you used for the background. I also have the ones before these with Vader, Storm trooper Han, Leia and Luke with the Mail away Mace mail away promotion. I have a ton of  Wallmart, Taco Bell, and KFC promo displays. I even talked a Frito Lay guy into giving me one of the EP1 potatoe chip racks. sorry to get off topic...I got a little excited...

Oh ye, thanks for jogging the old memory. I don't think DQ was a part of that though. Mine is all in the attic. We should have a promotions thread and get pics of all this. I even have the huge stickers they would put on their windows.

Thanks fellers. I have plans within plans, Trev.
I needed to wrap up these two dios as I'm going to ship em out soon but I do want to continue with the
Arf Boil figure and I have been tossing around the idea of doing something mandoish.
My custom fodder bins are overflowing here lately, it seems.

Well, I finally got around to finishing those two little dios. I chucked a 3/16th drill bit into the cordless and drilled a couple of holes through the groundwork and into the wooden base of each dio. I then clipped a couple of lengths of some 16GA coated tie wire and superglued  one in each hole. After the glue dried, I snipped each length off to the size of a foot peg and then touched em up with acrylic paint. I also touched up the outer edge of each dio, where I cut off the protective tape, where the ground work met the wooden base, just to pretty em up a bit.

I am going to ship these two out into the world tomorrow but before I do, I wanted to take some shots with a couple of my favorite figure projects of the year.

On the reddish rocky dio is the 501st GM that was done not too long ago.
