I'm going to take a stab at it and say... an ewok spear?  Wicket's?  (them being the only flint-knapping spear-makers in the movies)

Obviously it is a stormtrooper's helmet.  However - I am assuming it is from a particular figure/playset.  I don;t remember having a stormie with a removable helmet.
