UT-60D U-Wing

The UT-60D U-wing starfighter/support craft also known as the UT-60D, or U-wing, was a transport/gunship model manufactured by Incom Corporation and used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War.

Scale: ~ 1/100
No. of parts: 35
Lights and sound module with batteries is included.

Weahtering:
I used different washes to create a weathering effect. I also tried the chipping technique (old sponge with a little bit of paint) on some areas.
Some panels were painted in a different colour to get the typical "rebel ship look".
The engine block was repainted with a dark bronze colour and drybrushed. The cooling fins for the engine are made of cardboard.

Your U-Wing looks excellent! The wash gives it a great weathering effect! And I think the passion you put into the detail of the cockpit is just outstanding! What a great add to your collection!
