FF,

I'm sorry I haven't checked out your post sooner. I just had to say how impressed I am with your KIA dioramas at the top of thr post. A very clever idea very well put together and very creative.

Thanks for sharing.

Jules

Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter under repair

I finished today the dio-base for my Jedi Starfighter custom. The base is made of wood and cardboard.
Most of the accessories are from old model kits or scratch built (the repair droid for example).

I hope you like it guys.

Good Lord, Fiala, you have really done it, this time! Man, the whole presentation just really is stunning. You have combined your passion for model building, scratchbuilding, dioramas, and star wars all into one killer vignette.
I don't know what to say other than I believe you may have outdone yourself, this time.
I really like that JSF diagram/blueprints on that make shift table on the oil cans. This has the very same feel of some of the master military model dioramas that I always used to love so much when I was younger.
Plan on a front page story about this one.

Oh man I LOVE THIS! This is just out of this world...well it is isn't it? This is my new favorite, by far. Such attention to detail, the plans, the tools, the floor the whole set up is just off the chain! Nice use of those Joe guns cut up for various parts. Now all that would put this totally over the top would be an arm coming out of the r5 droid tweaking some part in the fold up panel. Seriously amazing job on this one!

thank yyou so much for your great comments guys.

clonemedic:
The droid was very easy to build. I used parts from an old tank model, wire, cardboard and a piece from a ballpen.

Clonehead:
You are right Clint, I combined all my passions in it and I like these easykit custom making more and more.
It was a lot more work than I expeted. First i thought this is only a weekend custom project but now it took me two weeks to carry all my ideas, so I'm very glad that you like it buddy.

LukeSprywalker:
Thanks Luke, to hear that from one of the best diorama maker is just awesome.

Anyway this one looks so great. How do you display all of your customs? i would like to have a look at how you display everyting.
