Thanks, buddy! I will stage a cookout, tomorrow.
By the way, The wife's folks snuck in on us, last night, a full day early but we were ready for them, for themost part.
Since they are here, my time on the site will be somewhat limited, although I will be able to check and see what you monkeys are up to. Behave yourselves.

My friend Jean(goes by velcro on the board scene) has an expression, I will try to use(when looking at your pictures).

You don't have a hair on your ass if you don't turn that windmill into an imperial windmill, occupied by imperials, :)

I have heard that expression before. I'll bet that the wife would chew my ass were it to try it. Sounds like a cool idea, though.

Well, it's day three of the inlaws visit and it's going well. I am a bit stressed but otherwise ok. I am to take them to a large antique/consignment mall, tomorrow. I know that there will be a star wars booth or two. There always is and with the economy being what it is, there should be some cool stuff to buy.

Today is the wife's and I's 8th anniverrsery and we are happier than ever. I made a good choice with this one and feel very luckey.

If I dont work this week, as would be my guess, I might surprise the wife with a trip to branson when the inlaws leave on Thursday.

Where do you live anyway, Simon?
For some reason, I was thinking Canada.
That's pretty cool about your anniversery.

Cool deal Clint. Glad to hear the visit is going ok, in law visits are always a bit stressful even though mine live only a half hour away. That will be a nice surprize for your wife too. It is gonna be eleven for me and my wife this coming August.

I live in West kentucky, which, well, is kind of a foreign country, lol.

I was a little bummed about it until we visited buffalo, holy crap, I was never so glad to get home than when I left that hole.

So I'm guessing a lot of us are married, one would think that would limit collecting, but in my case, it has just given me an extra set of eyes at stores, :)

What's finny - I asked my dear lady last night if she'd happened to look for the new ESB wave at their store.  She had intended to, but forgot, she told me.  She asked for desc's of the new figs and was going to look today...   :-*

Ah the women in our lives.  Gotta love the ladies that still allow us to play with our toys.

That's right, guys! Gotta love them SW tolerant women! It is allmost set in stone, now. I made reservations and come Thursday, after her folks leave in the morning, we are off to Branson.

Well, today is the last day of the inlaws stay. Yesterday, I took them to the Liberty memorial in Downtown KC. That is the National WW1 memorial, by the way. I was very impressed with the museum renovation that had occurred a couple of years back and I hadn't witnessed, yet.
