Nice looking piece, Fiala. I love all soft skinned and hard skinned military models.

Oh, nice!  I plan to (eventually??) do up a couple of these in German ISAF livery, one the standard short and one the stretched version.  Hopefully, mine will look half as good as yours.

Automatically I thought of the US Humvees, when seeing this vehicle.  They're both very neat, in comparison...

Tank Destroyer JAGUAR 1 (Revell 1/35)

The specialised anti-tank JAGUAR 1 with its HOT guided missile system was capable of precision attacks up to a distance of 4,000 m. It was a development of the Tank Destroyer 2 with anti-tank guided missile, based on the same chassis as the one with the anti-tank gun. With a 500 hp engine and a weight of 25.5 tonnes the JAGUAR 1 is an extremely manoeuvrable and speedy vehicle (70 km/h) that was in service with the Federal German Army from 1978 to 2005. In 1996, 90 were delivered to Austria.

Another awesome armor kit!  Is this kit a new release?  I don't remember the ad-on/applique side-armor panels being on the last one I looked at.  The Jaguar is just a nice looking vehicle to me.

My biggest tactical objection to the raketen jagdpanzer over the kanone jagdpanzer is the fact the gunner is exposed to reload the missile.  Altho, as an anti-armor infantryman, I do approve of that feature.   8)

wow Doc
You're a real "Raketenjagdpanzer" expert.
The new armor was on every Jaguar tank since 1982 (after the change from the Raketenjagdpanzer 2 to the Jaguar 1)
Unfortunately, all tanks (316 in Germany and 90 in Austria) are now out of service. Most of them were scrapped
I didn't know that you are an anti-armor infantry man. I was in an anti-aircraft (AA) battalion during my military service.
My next project (after some Star Wars customs) will be a "Flakpanzer Gepard"
