Hi All,

My family and I are sitting here marveling at your creation and paint work this morning. Even my wife and daughter gives this their approval. BTW my daughter wants you to make her an Ever After High Dragon for Ravenclaw as right now they only make a white one of some sort. LOL!

She still remembers your making of that Phantom Mask. It has held up after all these years!

Back to the front pages with you. Awesome dio Ron.

Thanks buddy and say thanks to your family for me and great to hear that the mask is still going well. Also PM me and let me know about this dragon for your daughter.

I'm a huge fan of your works,Ron.Wishing all the best!  0/

Thanks heaps mate and glad you are enjoying my work.

Ron

Hi All,

have painted and weathered the stone using Vallejo paints and now just have to add moss/jungle etc and then onto indy.

Pic 1 the dio was painted Beige Brown.
Pic 2 it was the given a heavy wash of Desert Yellow.
Pic 3 it was then given a wash of Light Brown and then dry brushed Beige Brown.
Pic 4 it was then given a wash of Brown Sand.

Pic 6 it was then given a very light wash of Matt Black and then a dry brush of a 50/50 of Light Brown/White.
Pic 7 it was then given a very light dry brush of Orange and then dry brushed with a 50/50 mix of Orange/Brown Sand and then a very light wash of Matt Black.

Hi All,

The base is 90% complete I juts have to get indy done and then a little weathering to both the figure and the base.

Until then I have done the jungle on the top using plastic plants which I gave different washes of Light and Dark Green. The dirt is a mix of garden mulch and dirt mixed together and it was glued in place and once dry I gave it a wash of light Brown and then while the wash was still wet I used a wash of Dark Brown and mixed the two together.

The small clumps of grass are from Army painter and once the paint dried I glued the clumps of grass and the plastic plants to the base. The moss was done by mixing some railway grass and green paint and then adhering it to the walls and floor.

The skeleton is from Revoltech and the joints were glued together and then painted. The spider webs were done by ripping apart cotton wool and then adhering it the base and then once the first section were dried I pulled the wool apart even more and adhering to the base.

Hi All,

The dio is now 95% complete I just need to weather the dio and figure. I added roots to the top of the interior, I got the roots from pulling out weeds from the garden and cutting what I needed and then let them dry for 24 hours.

Indy had he's joints glued and then puttied and then I used tissue to cover the cloth areas and then I painted him using Vallejo paints

The flame on the torch was done by using Woodland Scenics Realistic water it looks like a paste and you add some to a smooth non stick surface and once dry it becomes clear. Once dry I then give the inside a wash of orange/red/yellow and then stuck it to the torch.

Hi All,

Indy dio is all complete and here are my usual outdoor pics. The final thing I had to do was give the diorama and figure a little weathering using pastel chalks.
