Hi All,

I finally moved into the house Tuesday gone and completed doing my model room up. I have re-started on the bridge diorama by painting the captains chair and helm/navigation section and the floor that they sit on.

I have also completed the captains chair and used plastic card for the instrument panels, I have started the helm/navigation console by adding the astrogator and the forward scanner plotter by printing them off the net and cutting and gluing them inplace.

Cool deal Ron. Looks great. Off to share.

I bet having that new room feels good. Take a few pics after you get it all set up.

Fantastic! Everything looks great, but I am impressed with the instrument panels on the captain's chair. Looking good.

Cheers Shawn and having the new room does feel good it is smaller then the old room but I made it work. I will take pics today and post them for you.

Thanks mate and I'm actually surprised that they never made bridge sections for the figures they would have sold straight away.

Fantastic! Everything looks great, but I am impressed with the instrument panels on the captain's chair. Looking good.

Thanks heaps JD and yeah I was more then happy with the way the Captain's chair turned out.

Hi All,

Shawn as requested mate here are pics of my new room. It is 1 metre shorter in width and length and were the cupboard is shorter as the old room the cupboard went across the wall so I have heaps of space for storage.

The good news is that the room I'm going to build in the garage will about the same size as the new room I will be having storage cupboards all around the room but up high. Then I will have all my shelves for my models from the floor to 1.5 m high around the walls and my new model table will be built straight onto the wall in one corner.

Cheers Shawn and yeah honestly for a house, land and pool for $410k we are stoked and we need a pool here as it gets bloody hot and muggy.

The good news is that I have laid down the area for my new room in the garage and will start looking for materials to start building in the next 3 months.
