Recipe.
Chica - is from Funko and I used a soldering iron and model knife to make all the damaged area's. I used a model knife to split the head and then used a piece of an old NECA Terminator spine section for the inside of the mouth.
The inner teeth/jaw and outer teeth were done using plastic card and the wiring around the back of the head was done using thin electrical wire. The loose wiring was also done using thin electrical wire, the Chica figure only comes with two toe's so I added the extra one's using plastic and putty and once built I painted and weathered her using Vallejo Paints.
Base - is thick foam board and the back walls was painted with Vallejo paint and the poster, job ticket sheet, checked floor and checked line on the wall were printed of the net and resized.
I printed of a newspaper and redid the paper's name and headline and the FnaF picture using photoshop.
