I really like the colors you choseon that Kel Dorian Jedi.

The silver trim on the boots is a nice touch.

Thanks Qwest. Beleive it or not the silver trim on the boots is on of the few things I kept the same from the last version.

Hey guys I'm back with another update. Over on Yakface another star wars forum, they have this contest every month called yakfinities for those of you that have never heard of Yakface. Every month there is a new topic and this month it's Alien Mitary. So that's the reasoning behind this next custom. I've been working on him for about a week and if you can't tell compared to some older posts I got new paint. Right now I'm beginning my venture into Citadel paints and I think they really bring out the detail somewhat more. Well enough of my blabber here is my custom Nautolan Militia.

Recipe:

Head: ROTS Kit Fisto
Body: Legacy Hoth Rebel Trooper
Arms: Vintage Cloud Car Pilot
Upper Legs: Legacy Bespin Guard
Lower Legs: Vintage Cloud Car Pilot

His guns are completely customs. One is a shortened DC-15a Long rifle withscope and hand grip. The other is a snubnose jango fett blaster.

Please feel free to comment.

Before I had been using Folk Art. A brand from Wal Mart I just used because it was cheap and easy to get ahold of. But now after using Citadel I doubt I'd ever even think about using folk art again. I love the paint, it goes on smooth and doesn't take 8 coats like the other.

Yes it's expensive I'll admit that, but it's definately worth it. I personnally bought one of the starter kits with 7 or 8 paints in it with a free brush, space marines, nad decasls for about 25 bucks.
