Clone Commander Deviss

This figure is part of  Wave 10.5 (Repacks) of the Legacy Collection. It is a repack of the 2005 ROTS red Clone Commander. Hasbro made also a green version of it in the ROTS line.

story:
Clone Commander Deviss first sees action on Geonosis as part of the Hawkbat Battalion. He is one of the few in his battalion to survive the brutal fighting. His heroic actions earn him a medal, a new command, and the right to wear the elite ARC Trooper armor.
Clone Commander Deviss did not appear in the movie. This deco was originally planned to be the armor of Commander Bly, but was changed late in the movie's production. The name "Deviss" was added afterwards, and a history for the character was concocted that ret-conned him into the storyline.

*ball-hinged shoulders
*ball-hinged elbows
*swivel wrists
*ball-hinged torso

*ball-hinged knees
*ball-hinged ankles

so excellent articulation

accessories:
The figure comes with many accessories. He comes with a DC-15 blaster rifle, two DC-17 blaster pistols, a shoulder pauldron, a Kama, a grappling hook, a rope and the left leg of R3-A2 (BAD).

per:
I'm very happy with this Clone Commander. I started very late to collect and miss many figures of the ROTS line, so I'm glad that HASBRO decided to make a repack of this figure. He comes with many accessories and is really a nice addition to any Clone Army.

versus:
The figure comes like most of the new HASBRO figures with no weathering and he can't hold the DC-17 blaster pistols very good, but that's not a big deal.

Nice review. I got one for my boys for xmas. I think he is cool looking, I two wish he had  weathering, but he's still cool

the other two guys are Commander Bly from the betrayl on Felucia battle pack and Commander Bow from the Order 66 pack wave 1 with Darth Vader

I also really liked this one... on the first release I bought 5 red and 4 green loose,  and 3 each carded of which I still have two remaining MOC...
I havent bought any of the new release yet...
I really like the Commander figs.... even the crappy Bacura ...
