Nothing special for the pauldron. Heated it up with a hair dryer and then held it as the shape you see there until it cooled off.  The kama is made from some thin fabric mending tape with some blue 3D fabric paint sealing the edges. The belt with the holsters is from a Waxer figure. ARF hip replacement was also done.
