You have to crack the shell to swap the arms. Also, you will need to thin out the pauldron carefully and if you want the head to fit back on correct, you will need to remove material on the torso shell so the pauldron can sit down flush where the shell used to be.

What do you guys think about this? Using the luggage rack off of Plo Koon's speeder bike as a backpack? It literally just squeezes onto the back of a TCW Clone Trooper's back. It kind of has a Republic Commando vibe to it.

The plan with this thing is to carve up a Snow Rex backpack to glue into this "backpack" shell so I can fill it in and use the peg of the snow backpack. Then paint it white and use on my TCW Galactic Marine. Question is, should I keep the antennae from the snow backpack or lose it? What do you guys think.

Heat it up and then hold it in position until it cools off. Over time it will go back to its original shape.
