Thats coming along nicely. Love the cracks. How do you get them to look so realistic?

 ill tell you my secret hahha naw .basically what i do is i go outside with my camera and take pictures of things.. like cracks on the wall really old cars [rusty ones]  metal poles tire marks etc .and use those pics as references ...i try to match what i see on my pictures.makes it alot easier for me....

That's a smart practice. There's no better reference for weathering than the real deal. Your update looks great. This is one realistic looking gunship.

I've just caught up with this post and I have to say...I am totally impressed with your style. It's Star Wars meets Heavy Metal Album Art, and you have combined the two elements perfectly.

I love the gunship, it's certainly one of the best custom jobs I've seen done to a Gunship, espacially as you've painted it in a unique weathering style.
