Those tanks look like they came in excellent shape. Good for amazon. I think this new one day prime shipping is causing them to use envelopes more than boxes now. I ordered something for my daughter that should have been shipped in a box but was in one of those envelopes. If I had wanted it to display I would have been ticked.

My Assault tank I got from Amazon, didn't have a box or envelope, bag, nothing. They just slapped a shipping label right on the packaging, and shipped it. I'm an opener, but still, it was pretty shotty.

Wow, once again I think their new one days has increased shipping costs for them so this might be their new way to try and save a dollar. It will mean a lot of returned items for those who are mint in box collectors.

Sorry for my late reply gentlemen. Yes, they recently do this here in Germany, too! The first time I experienced this new shipping policy of Amazon was when I ordered a TBS Rebel Fleet Trooper for 16€.
I agree, this is just a bad idea. Putting the shipping labels right on the packaging of the product is just horrible, but it happens here, too.
Tamer, you might be exactly right! But maybe Amazon only wants us to order more at a time to get our stuff shipped in an extra box...I wouldn't mind if they charged an extra 20-50 cents on packaging (shipping & handling). I think I'll write their customer service now and make a suggestion.

Those two orders from Amazon.com came in very good shape, indeed!

Also a nice surprise of last week was that Amazon Germany listed the TVC Desert Skiff!
It went up for pre-order for a little over 40€, which is a fantastic price! If they do get them, I'd get them cheaper here than in the U.S. or UK with those import fees and high shipping costs...so fingers crossed!
They're supposed to arrive here in the middle of September.

The price even dropped by another 50 cents shortly after...

Well, this was probably tust a test to see how high the demand really is...all orders were cancelled as far as I know from friends and facebook. Classic.

But I saw the TVC Desert Skiff is still at $35.99 on Amazon.com!

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NDRK4R3/ref=sr_1_1?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&keywords=star+wars+vintage+desert+skiff&qid=1572511060&sr=8-1

That's an excellent deal if you ask me! See how much is it sold for here in Germany now, after they cancelled all orders at the initial "luring" price of 43,99€:

63,99€ = ~$68.47 USD

To my surprise I saw that Amazon Germany sell the TVC Red V Luke Skywlker's X-Wing!

I also wonder what in the world happened to those beautiful TBS6 vehicles? And why is Luke's Landspeeder even cheaper than Rey's "Speeder"?! Was the demand for those actually much weaker than expected?

Some other items are available here in Germany through 3rd party sellers on Amazon. The Entertainer from the UK sells those here. But be aware! You can get them cheaper on their own website with great deals running at the moment:

I was made aware by a friend that Amazon France have Jabba's Palace Playset for under 63€ in stock!
And at checkout it was reduced to 61,77€!

And for being sold by the world's largest giant seller, they arrived in fair condition. Only a few dents and scratches along the edges:

Who want me to review this set?

Meanwhile on ebay...sold on Wed, Nov. 6, 2019:

I bought these sets on Saturday. It arrived yesterday (4-day-shipping). Meanwhile on ebay this set was sold for 91,00€!!! And Amazon.fr is still selling this set for this price (63,00€)!

Hey, thanks for forwarding the hint to us, Tamer! 20 bucks would be an awesome deal! I bet more Mandos are stuck in heavens due to the virus shut down.

The thing that I like most about this listing on Amazon is the #1 BEST SELLER. I just took a screenshot of it and will now send it to Hasbro via E-Mail. I hope they take a loooong and clooooose look at it. We need more Mando merch!
Have a great weekend, Shawn!

Amazon.de had TBS General Grievous for pre-order at 32.86€. This offer came and went a couple times. At the moment there's only one offer for over 92€...

And Amazon Germany delivered in great quality. Having gained faith in their pre-order system, I also pre-ordered Count Dooku's FX Lightsaber for 168€ tonight. Let's see if I get it...

Few minor scratches as always, but NO DENTS! Good job Amazon!
