I have ps3 and 360.

Honestly, Ive hand more problems with my 360 than I care to admit, my ps3 is a work of art.

id go 360, it seems to me that 360 has a very large selection of incedible action games (modern warfare 2, gears of war 2, halo etc) and Xbox Live has a much larger revenue than PS3

Pros and cons either way.  It really depends on your priorities.  PS3 has integrated wireless capability.  The 360 no longer does--you have to buy a separate piece for that.  360 supports a dead DVD format HDDVD while the PS3 supports Bluray.  With those things I pointed out you'd think I would've bought a PS3--nope, I bought a 360.

Well this time, ps3 got bioshock 2 right off the bat. It supported bioshock 1 way after the intial release.

Exclusive games are the biggest factor for me. I don't like MGS4, MAG, Resistance, or any of the other PS3 exclusive titles. However, I love Halo, Gears of War, Mass Effect (I know it's on computer too, but it's not on PS3.), and many other Xbox 360 exclusives. DLC for a lot of games is also released on the Xbox Live marketplace before it's released on PS3, and I'm usually an impatient person when it comes to DLC (Especially Fallout 3.)

Go for xbox 360!! I've had it for 3 years now, and although its died twice, the 3 years warranty fixed everything!! PLus i got like 6 months of free Xbox live coz it stuffed up twice!! Plus, as LS mentioned, great games like Halo, Bioshock, and online play and its online capabilities are fantastic!! The new XBox's don't have the red ring issue, so no need to replace it, and the best thing about it.... removable hard-drive. You can take your hard drive to your friends house and play as your profile and with your downloaded content on their xbox. i sound like a commercial lol!!

I did see on the back of my netflix dvd that PS3 is now supporting Netflix. If PS3 does online stuff for free that would be good although I don't know if Xbox360 would charge online fees for watching netflix movies. Anyone know?

Netflix is no different on Xbox 360 than it is on PS3.  Both require a monthly agreement through Netflix.

Netflix is a US mail order dvd renting service that has save me thousands on movie rentals I would guess. It is now also doing online video streaming so you can watch movies from the internet. There are thousands of movies there that you can watch instantly. It is really a neat service and one I can see all TV companies going to in the future if they want to say competitive.
