Topic: what are the names of star wars weapons?

i get really confussed on the whole blaster stuff lol could anyone help

The standard clone trooper blaster is called the DC-15s carbine pistol.

The rifle is called the DC-15a rifle.

The small pistols Rex, and other clones carry are called DC-17 hand blaster

Clone Commandos use the DC-17m IWS or Interchangable Weapons System.

The Stormtroopers used E-11 blasters.

Rebels used the DH17 blaster pistol or the A280 Blaster rifle


These are just a few of the weapons in star wars there are thousands if not millions more.

this is a great reference thread.  I'd love to see even more of these types of reference images with the names of the item. 
there aught to be a thread for action figure parts and the guns/weopons that are made and can be identified, and possibly an image of each and each variation on each weopon....

If there's enough interest I could knock up something like I have done with Alien Races, just let the mods know and tell them to inform if you would like this.

I have also been thinking about putting a vehicle database together as well, just let them know.
