heres chapter 8! sorry I haven't been on for a while guys I had school exams
but now I'm on my summer holidays!
CHAPTER 8:
Bane and Denal crouched on top of the district plaza roof.
It was midnight, all the shops in the sector were closed and the streets that had been bustling with creatures and vehicles were now quiet and empty.
It was a perfect time to get a kill.
'I still don't know what you want me to do Bane'.
'Your the distraction, you make sure he doesn't see me'.
'And how am I going to do that'?
A crimson speeder pulled up beside the plaza.
'You've got my help'.Marz explained. 'Now lets move before our boy realizes what were doing'.
Denal jumped into the speeder and they headed towards the're prey.
'So I take it your new to this game'? Marz questioned.
'Not my choice to be in 'this game''. Denal muttered.
'If you think that your grand republic Is still out looking for you, your wrong'.
Denal tensed.
'Easy trooper, Im just giving you the facts. Your a clone, Its not like you can't be replaced. I bet they have a new one in your shoes right now'.
Denal threw a punch but Marzo blocked It.
'Quite feisty aren't you'? But I'm on your side mate'. Bounty hunters like us need to stick together, or else were dead. Trust me, your on the good side. We won't leave you to die, know matter what'.
Before Denal could argue they had reached the hotel.
'Come on clonie, It's showtime'.
The two bounty hunters walked along the corridor of the 90th floor.
'Heres the plan, I'm going to get a good shot for Bane and your going to watch my back'.
'What will I do if someone comes'?
'You have a gun, Don't you'?
'But they could be innocent'?
'Everyone has to go sometime, now stop asking questions, just go with the flow'.
Marzo knocked on the smugglers door.
The door opened.
'Look, I don't want to by a hover- Oh sorry, I thought you were someone else'.
'Mr dulking, I bring a great message, may I come in'?
'A great message, why certainly! Come In come In'!
Marzo gave Denal a thumbs up as he walked into the room. Denal stood guard in the corridor and wondered how he got here, then a noise echoed from the corridor's corner.
'So whats the message'? Dulking asked anxiously.
'Ziro is pleased with your work, and he wanted me to give you this'.
He pulled out a large package.
'OOOOHH! I do like the look of that!' I'm glad Ziro has appreciated my great smuggling talent, now give me the package'!
'Wait, what's the rush? After all It Is a beautiful night, I wan't to enjoy It'.
Marzo walked onto the balcony with the package in his grasp.
'It is a beautiful night, but why don't you give me the package now'?
'Ah, breath in that fresh air.'
Below on the plaza roof Bane aimed his rifle for a head shot, a instant kill.
'I want that package meassager'!
'Stop shouting, you'll wake up the whole plannet'.
In the corridor the noise came again.
'Show yourself'! Denal shouted.
'What was that'? Dulking asked.
Look, you're already waking up the neighbors'!
A mouse droid came out of the corner and Denal shot it before he realized what it was.
Dulking jumped, just as Bane fired his rifle, missing the smugglers head by centimeters.
'I'm being attacked'! Dulking cried as he grabbed the package and made a run for the door, but the package ripped open as he ran, with nothing In It.
'What the-'
'I can explain'. Marzo said as he pulled out a blaster.
Before he could fire Dulking pulled out his blaster and blasted Marzo. knocking him off his feet.
'KNOW ONE TRICKS ME!' dulking shouted as he took another shot at marzo, but then then a shot from Bane hit the smuggler right between his eyes.
A alarm went off. Bane grabbed his comm.
'Denal get out of there, We're in trouble'!
'What about Marzo'?
'Forget about him, we have to get out of here'!
Denal made a run for the exit but police droids surrounded him.
'Halt criminal you are under arrest'. One of them stated.
Without thinking Denal blasted a path through them and made it to a window.
The sleight of hand pulled up next to the window with Bane on board.
He blasted the window's glass.
'Jump kid, It's The only way'!
Denal turned around to see more police droids on his tail. He leaped out of the window and Bane grabbed Denal's hand pulling him into the ship.
'GET US OUT OF HERE HELIOS'!
'Escape guarantied'
The droid accelerated the ship into the sky and they were in lightspeed before the police speeders had even started chase.
Bane, out of breath sat down on his copilot seat, and smiled at Denal.
'Not bad for a first timer'.
Sorry for such a long chapter but I'm almost done this story probably just 2 chapters left after this one
