Left to Right they are:
 Estiva Dresdin, Sho-jen Nisan, Tohsc Wrashar, and Quarz Darkcomet

Psaiko.  An honorably discharged republic clone trooper.  At the end of the clone wars, Psaiko decided to take his chances in the civilian world when the Empire offered discharges to troopers.  Psaiko was able to keep his armor and immediately began modifications.  His new civilian work - Bounty Hunter with a specialty in Jedi Search.
