Thanks guys. The sith lord figure is really basic and easy to do. He is just a G.I.Joe rise of cobra Cobra Commander.
remove the clear mask
gave him a ninja mask from one of the comic packs that has Storm Shadow and Tunnel Rat
painted the inside of his coat black
gave him a red lightsaber

Thats it. I recommend filling in the hole in his forehead after you remove the original clear mask.
