It bulks him up a little but he still looks normal.

NOICE!!  Very sweet-looking work!  I love that Joe stocked pistol for a custom - working on learning to improve my casting so I can make as many of them as I want.  ;)

Alright here is my next project. He's just some Mando, no name yet. I'm just gonna list the parts, in case anyone wants to make their own.
2010 VC Bespin Luke body
Fett Evolution Jango head
TCW Obi-Wan hands
VOTC Boba gauntlets
VOTC Boba belt w/ Luke belt eventually
three various rifles will be combined into one
Apartment Jango armor cut into individual pieces
Either apartment Jango shoulder armor or Clone in Training shoulder armor
Leather piece cut into vest. Purchased leather at Hobby LobbyKnee armor from Legacy style Clone Trooper
Shin armor from Apartment Jango
Haven't decided on the feet yet
Haven't decided on the jetpack yet
Paint scheme undecided

Oh... My... GOD!!!

Tom, this is going to be absolutely un-believeable!!

I think you have assembled a perfect collection of parts for this Mando.  I cannot WAIT to see where this one goes!!

You have taken some of the goofy techniques that I experimented with on my own custom Boba and absolutely RAN with them.  You have made them your own, and are really perfecting them nicely!

I think you're going to end up being the "go to" guy when it comes to 3-3/4 inch scaled custom Mandalorians!!

Congratulations buddy!

PS:  I do indeed have a small amount of the gauntlet tubing left over.  I will send you some!

Yes I agree this is going to be sweet. My yoda is a mix as well with the vintage cape, belt and necklace.

Ditto.  I think that's probably the BEST combination... especially for reflecting the Original Trilogy Yoda.

Ok guys, here is my Mandalorian. First off I have to give a shout out to Mr. Hemble for giving me the inspiration for this custom. Alright now for the Mando. He ended up a little bit more bulky than I had imagined, but I guess that is to be expected when using real leather for the vest. A couple of the cool features I want tell you about on this guy is that his shoulder armor can move around a lot. I put small strands of leather connecting the shoulder plates to the vest so they can move around pretty freely and don't hinder the arm movement at all. Another feature is that I used high powered little magnets to mount the jetpack! I just widened the hole in the back of the Jango armor and glued that one in and I made a hole in the jetpack and super-glued in the other magnet. My only regret is that I didn't put the jetpack magnet just a little bit deeper in there. Just FYI the hardest part of this project for me was hollowing out the Boba gauntlets. I did it so I could have poseable hands, but as it turns out I can barely move the hands because the gauntlets are so tight! And please don't beat up my Bantha Skulls. I know my freehand painting skills look like a kindergardner's. But I think a Mando with a paint brush probably would be a little sloppy...maybe. Anyways, I talk too much so I hope you guys like this Mandalorian Warrior.

Awesome work Tom! You beat me to making Ron's mando in this scale. Again great attention to detail and I see you took some artistic liberties that all look great!

Tom glad I could inspire you to make this figure,  and it turned out exceptionally well mate , I actually like the bukiness of him and also all the details and paint apps 10/10.

Also guys I wish I had remembered this before , for figures at this scale instead of using leather try pleather it's alot more thinner and does the same job as leather.
