HA ! hope you didn't take offense like last time  :P
this reminds me of a goblin custom someone did with yoda ears
really like it and as for the armour i think that the chest armour should have a kind of pattern.

Yeah I was thinking a TREE. Either in natural colors or in bronze or gold.
