Well, this round is all done for now, but we'll keep you in mind if we do another round.  By chance, where in Indiana are you from?  I'm up North in Merrillville.

Ah, Avon.  My best friend and his family lived in Brownsburg, and his wife was a teacher in Avon.  Small world.

Oh, they've since moved out to Washington D.C.

Anyway, back to the matter at hand: L.E., you'll be getting your package back soon.  There's an extra special surprise in there I'm still working on, something Kreeper2 started and I'm finishing.  Sort of a "thank you."

Bump bum bum bup bump bum buuuuuuuuummmmmm! That is the sound of trumpets blaring! I am pleased to announce that the brotherhood of traveling parts has come full circle. I hope you guys had fun with this little experiment in customizing camaraderie. For me it is interesting to see what parts people choose and how everyone is different in there techniques and attributes. I had great fun in this as did the travelers themselves Onaconda Farr and HB-94. Boy have those two had some stories to tell. It seems Onaconda had some hand surgery while he was gone so I would like to thank the surgeon that mended his hands as they are now articulated. I would also like to thank Phatty and Kreeper2 as they put together a figure for me. Very kind gesture guys and I really like what you have assembled. The figure has a black base coat, which I love, and some orange markings were started. Pat felt he did not have the time to finish painting the figure and came up with a great wrap up to our story. I get to paint the figure these 2 guys started. I love it! Here is the figure...

Now I have some ideas as to where to go with this but if anyone wants to throw out color schemes, accessories, helmet yes or no, things like that would be great. I want to keep the figure as is because I love what they came up with. I was thinking about sculpting a second layer of armor over his thighs just to add some bulk and make him even tougher. It would be seen as a second layer over the first, hope you know what I mean. So what does everyone think?

I think I like him the way he is. Which is totally awesome! I would just have an extra set of hands that match and that can hold a weapon. He kind of looks like a more evil version of Dilbon Vont from " Memoirs of a War Profitier" by Darth Depressis.

He does look pretty cool. Some cardstock could be the ticket for some thin armor plates for his thigh area. Dont want to bulk him up too much.
