Ok I swear I had this guy in the works long before I saw wraithnines version and I was simply waiting to resupply my paints before I could make him.  Jay if you see this I couldn't find the color of Citadel you recommended but I found one really close by Model Masters: U.S.Navy Blue.  Hope you guys like it.
