Nope, on the comic pack Luke arms. Good guess though. Here's the breakdown.
Recipe:
Head-Custom resin cast piece molded from the original sculpt by me.
Torso/waist belt- Custom resin cast piece molded from the original sculpt by me.
Arms-Heavily modifed and resculpted TLC Quarren Soldier arms.
Hands-Large random hands from my parts bin.
Forearm armors-Custom sculpted by me.
Hips and Legs- TCW Obi-Wan hips were widened/legs were dremeled down and then the pants were custom sculpted over the dremeled down legs by me.
Feet-Random feet from my parts bin.
Pouches and holster-Custom resin cast pieces made by me.

Every part was custom painted then assembled into the final completed custom Velken Tezeri figure.This custom made figure has many hours in it and went to a very good customer of mine. Thanks again for the compliments on it!

Here's a custom FENN SHYSA MANDALORIAN PROTECTOR 6 inch figure. This one of a kind custom figure is based upon one of Fenn Shysa's appearances in the vintage Marvel Star Wars comics from the 80's. This custom 6 inch scale fully poseable multi-articulated action figure features a custom blaster pistol, custom modified holster to hold that blaster pistol, custom soft goods fabric cape, custom painted resin cast head, custom modified jetpack, interchangeable helmet, and is custom painted.

 Here's another custom RAKATA WARRIOR action figure made by me recently. This fully poseable 4 inch scale custom action figure has a one of a kind custom made sword and has a custom paint job that fades from bone white to sunrise yellow that is much more noticeable in hand. This custom figure is already sold but remember I can create a custom figure like this for you or anything else custom you might be looking for.
