OOOOooooh that droid is awesome! I loved seeing that xl gonk in the clone wars and wanted to make him as well. Great job joining the 2 together and covering with styrene, worked perfectly! The bit for the gas tank is very believable and the removable parts are very well done. You are becoming the King of Magnets! Also love the giant! I picked up on who he was as soon as I saw the head cast. He stood out pretty easily for me in the walk by scenes in Tatooine. Great job on him and the best one I have seen to date. Someone made him years ago on Rebel Scum can't remember who.

Luke Sprywalker, Thank you for the compliments on my work! I used sheet pvc to cover the PLNK droid not styrene. A lot can be done with magnets and a little bit of imagination. I looked on the ol' internet before I made this Erdan to see if anyone had made an Erdan figure yet but I couldn't find any. So I based this build solely off the one reference pic I could find. Thanks again!

Thank you Sjefke ! No Problem. Yes, sculpting at this scale is difficult but a magnifier makes it somewhat easier. I have tons of work in progress figures and items on my custom table. I finish one then move on to the next one  :)

I use magnifying jewelers glasses too.  I guess it's the spare time to sit at my work table that I'm missing, plus, I'm not an experienced sculptor.  Pong Krell took me 3 weeks, before I was satisfied.  Currently, I've been working on one character's head for way longer than that.  I feel like I'm sculpting with a machete and a sledge hammer.

Here is a figure that I finished very recently. This is ERDAN, the giant seen briefly in The Phantom Menace in Mos Espa on Tatooine. I sculpted the head, hat , torso, lower pants, and his socks on his ankles. I made his poncho too.

This is a great looking figure and it's awesome that guys like you do the back ground characters well done indeed.

I am back! Been busy moving. Here are Brea and Senni Tonnika. Also known as the TONNIKA SISTERS. They both feature plastic cast heads made by me. I sculpted the original head and made a mold of it then cast the sisters' heads seen on the figures in these pics. Anyone interested in a set of Tonnika Sisters' heads PM me or message me through my facebook page.

Really great job on these.  The modifications and the paint work are exceptionally clean.  Too bad legal wrangling has prevented these two from getting made...I'm pretty sure everyone else in the Cantina have been represented officially.

Great work on the sisters. Still shake my head they can't get these released. Time to go share these and your option to get some of those head sculpts.
