What size are those magnets?  I got some, but they're too big (still small, but not small enough).
I need smaller ones for something I'm working on.

Thanks Bronx! The magnets used on this saber are 1/8" X 1/16" or 3mm X 1.5mm ( both are the same size). Hope that helps you out.

Impressive Sith Accolyte.  I would imagine the hard part about that saber would be lining up the magnets so that they're perfectly flush and the saber is straight.  Also, one side of a magnet looks the same as the other, but if you're not careful, you could have the poles lined up incorrectly.

Thank you Sjefke! Actually keeping the saber straight was pretty easy. I set the lightsaber flat on my table, cut it in half at the midpoint with a freshly sharpened hobby knife, sanded the two ends a bit, then glued on the two very small magnets. The way I remember how which direction I need one of these small magnets to go is to mark one side with a black dot made by a sharpie marker. Then I just remember if I needed the dot facing up or down on whatever I am using the magnets on.

Here is another figure that I made awhile back. This is custom Canderous Ordo, who became MANDALORE THE PRESERVER when he found Mandalore's mask. This figure is based on his appearance in the Knights of the Republic game and features an all new helmet and head both sculpted, resin cast, and painted by me. The helmet hoses and his rifle attach to his back armor via very small strong magnets.
