I am really enjoying the activity in this thread. Look for another front pager soon.

That TCW Verpine Jedi is off the charts. How cool would it have been to have seen that in the TV Show!

Completely agree; That CW inspired Verpine is outstanding! Love the cat man and Darth Stryfe as well...As of now I'm focusing on aliens as I've had some issues with sculpting humans so yeah I know how difficult the humans can be so believe me when I say that the Darth Stryfe is amazing!

Thank you for the compliments on my work Rogue Jedi ! I agree with you about sculpting humans.
Why is it an alien form is easier to sculpt than a human form?  :)

Thanks you Rex Smoke! That Pong Krell I made was a long drawn out complicated build. Started with 2 Marvel Legends figures that I had to fuse into one 4 armed body. Lots of sculpting, sculpting, and more sculpting. A lot of sewing to make his soft goods inner and outer robes, and wrist gauntlets. The good thing is I made molds of most every sculpted piece (head, neckswell piece, all 4 forearms and hands, and his lower legs and feet) so I can make plastic cast copies if anyone is interested PM me!

Hey Sjefke, I have used that mold builder before, good stuff albeit a little pricey for the amount you get in the container. I buy larger gallon size buckets if I need to use liquid latex for building molds, much better value for the money. Have you tried Oyumaru for making small to partial molds? Look it up on the internet. Rare earth magnets are awesome! I really like adding them into my custom built items. I'd love to see the Pong Krell you have. Thanks again!

I made this awhile back for a customer who commissioned him. Here's a custom CANE ADISS figure. Cane Adiss is the two headed alien seen in Jabba's throne room in Return of the Jedi. I sculpted and resin cast every part of this figure except for his arms. I cast the lower body of the star wars lamprey figure that came out a few years back to incorporate into Cane Adiss' body. All paint work by me also. This is a tall figure. The heads are movable too. He is shown next to a custom Trooper I made just for scale. I made molds of all the original sculpts and the lamprey lower body so if anyone is interested in cast copies PM me.

Thanks Rex Smoke! Yes, I make molds of every item I sculpt. So if you or anyone sees something that I have made before and are interested in purchasing let me know. I should have the mold and the item can be cast into plastic once again. Thank you for the question.
