Great Custom! I think he is epic
I am thinking of buying some parts from your store.(and use Rex as the base)
In fact 2-3 years ago i ordered some ARC trooper parts from you and made a squad of them(using Rex bodies like you did)
I never posted them here because i could not finish my leader(who was the reason i started the squad) because i needed a blue ARC trooper as the base, (i wanted him to be like i designed him, not using a Rex body.) but he figure was so rare.
I already have 1 in my collection but i only customize seconds.
anyway great custom 10/10
thanks a lot! I hear you on the high prices of the arc trooper figures. Its a shame hasbro didnt make more of them. Im still looking at producing the lower legs but am skittish about cutting up a factory arc trooper for them, the feet, and the kama, of course.
thanks to everyone for your comments.
I got some paintwork done on the arc trooper's backpack but more on that later.
this first shot is more fun with skulls and the two after that are a nub sizing in progress on a master part that first off is to be sized to have a neck mount cavity like the BD32 spacetrooper which is also close to the nub size of theTVC stormy but a bit smaller.
Since so many have said that the new sl11 stormie has a better shaped bucket, I took a comparison shot to see how the bd32 bucket shaped up to it.
Shot 1 is that spacetrooper helm over the factory head and shot two is the sl11 on the spacetrooper body.
The plan is to mold one with a nub mounting hole like this and then do a hollow one.
