Thank you so much for your wonderful comments. It feels so good to be working on a custom again, I feel like hooting and hollering. Now the paint isn't done, folks. I have to tighten up those tedious detail lines that I love so much. I am going to take a look at the wonderful set of warhammer transfers that Jay sent me some time ago and see if I can find a insignia or two to fit this guy and I do plan on weathering him up a bit as well. I will get there and I still need to gear up a weapon or two for this one.

Well Clint my man you sure don't have any rust on you thats for sure.

That figure looks fantastic. I love all those outlined areas on the armor and know we are in for even more and man that copper t vizor is just tops. I have got to see that on a Driver one day.

I am anxious to see how you outfit this guy as far as weaponry. One of those big cannons you mass produce would look good, but not sure thats what your going for with this guy.

That RC..looks so awesome.  It really is superb.  I think it is the dark lines in the armor creases that make your RC look so realistic.  The color scheme is nice too.  Man, I wish I had some RCs in my collection that looked this good.  Now, i going to go pout because Hasbro can't paint a clone as nice as this and I don't have any extra white clones to paint on....

Well you know, Tamer, for some reason an rc custom just seems to warrant the Ole Painless gun and I am getting together the parts for one as I type this. Since he has the dc 17 rocket rounds on his backpack, I guess he will need one of those as well.
Chrome or copper for a driver's visor, eh. I will have to remember that. Oh, I am plenty rusty but if I do this everyday for a while, it will come back.

Clint, this is one awesome figure.

thanks alot Volker. I think that it will look better once I clean up.

I think I want to start  to use Transfer's can you please post a pick of the sheet and tell me where I can get some good transfer's?

I went b the local hobbie shop and they only had WW2 or car waterslide decal's. Is that the one you are talking about??

Please let me know would love to see a pic of it though.

Thanks , and thanks for the great customs!!! You make me want to do so much more with these little bit's of plastic!!!

Thanks
Rich

I was able to give you thr FP treatment but just now getting chance to comment. I am so pleased to see you get back in to your custom figures. I have really missed you here in this forum. The RC is coming along nicely and I hope you can keep a bit of free time to continue working on him. Really looks promising Clint cant wait for future updates.

Ty, Spry. I seen your FP story, you dog. Your comments made me laugh but perfectionist me would have waited till I was further along. It's weird that I can set a project aside for 6 months or more yet feel this excitement again the day that I pick it back up. I can't wait to work on it some more but it will have to wait till first thing in the morning. right about the time that I see if my new molds work out or not.

Rich, these two identical sheets that Jay sent to me are labeled "space marines" and I believe that they are a warhammer war gaming miniature product to be found in a role playing hobby shop. They are more generic than ww2 decals and should serve their purpose towards dressing up some star wars customs nicely as Jay has already showed us.
