heck yes! that's what I'm talking about.  The thing doesn't even look like an x-wing anymore!  awesome.  I got my two junger x-wings in the mail yesterday and have started in on one of them that's going to be just a fun little project on the side.  I started it first to see how the body shell was constructed and how easy it would be to manipulate.  I havn't started on my "viper" custom conversion yet though... I hope it's half as good as this one is turning out to be.

Holy crap, that thing is looking absolutely AWESOME! I'm currently turning an Action Fleet x-wing into a Z-95 headhunter, but I'm beginning to think I should have gone the Viper route... Oh well! Great work so far, can't wait to see when it's done!

Ty all,

I may have a loose action fleet xwing around if you need another.

Almost done, looks a little shiney in the pic, I just hit with a coat of clear to seal the baseline paint on. I am not going to do much more to it I don't think.

A well-built sniper rifle is a beautiful thing. Ours has two zoom modes, "Up close and personal" and "Hello, you're dead

hey recon, would you do me a big favor and take a detail shot of the front of it for me? I want to see how you did the nose.  BTW this thing is looking great!

Here you go, if you need a differnt angle let me know. What I did was unscrew the nose cone, and cut along the body lines. I filled the nose with bondo and sanded smooth. Pardon the shark teeth as they are not finish painted yet, just roughed in

lol that's awesome. Love the teeth.  I figured you'd just took it along the original lines.  It looks alot like what the viper nose should look like.  thanks for the pics, that gives me alot of ideas for mine.

Love the ship Wayne. Those shark teeth in the nose are over the top too. It just amazes me how you can visualize something and just make the daggone thing. I wish we had you in Hasbro's Development Shop!

Cool teeth, Wayne! You ought to throw together a pilot figure for this bad boy.

Great ship! I love the sharks teeth.

These types of cutoms and creations are my favourite. I've always been into my Scifi vehicles and you have done a really superb job. I'm wondering what you'll be doing next!

All the best,

Jules
