yep, that is a chopped Tie fighter pilot helmet :)

It seems that most of my bounty hunters/mercenary figures have that 'steampunk' or cyberpunk theme going on......i guess that is  a style i have developed since i started this hobby a few months ago.....these mercenary figures i make all seem to have that same look to them...ha,ha

Tomorrow i will post a group shot   >:D

Ah man that is awesome! I love the helmet combos! Can we see more on that? I would love to see exactly wnat you did/what the head under the helmet is.

A few more pix, for the tie helmet i just cut away the bottom part so that the lower jaw of the Joe  head would be exposed. The other helmet is a German WWII helmet.
I drilled two small holes in the Joe head to fit the tubes, modded the sandtrooper pack to fit and gave the figure  a complete paint job. The figure is a tie fighter pilot from the battle of Endor battle pack.











I am glad you guys like him, when i finished him i didn't like the way it turned out and i didn't think it was even worth posting. I guess i only posted this figure because it's been a while since i made something.

cool Kruld made the front page,
 I'm stoked that you guys like him.... Kruld is like when i first made RUMklagg the dunking Jedi i didn't like him when at first. Sometimes it takes a while for some of my creations to grow on me. It's like when i finished Kruld i feel he should have turned out better...i don't know?

Thanks Von, it was the Joe under helmet I could not make out. I recognise it now but can't remember the name. The helmet combo is what stands out for me as it has an older sci-fi feel to it. I may have to borrow this at some time.

Hey mate,

The joe head is from Neo-Viper, yeah i like old stuff and enjoy any old sci-fi & horror.....borrow any ideas you want, to me that's the fun of creating and posting out customs. My three favorite customs that i made are all from other peoples ideas...ha,ha

I know one thing I would love to have everyone's rejects here if you aren't satisfied with this. I sure would have like to have seen this BH rather than some of what we got in TESB thats for sure.
