Nice work and I love your peeling flesh look. What product did you use to sculpt that?

Wow creepy! This would look cool on a deathtrooper with a removable helmet. How did you get the peeling look?

I like that you used a method that shows us the flesh literally peeling off his body; great technique!

I think I prefer your Sion over others I've seen just because of this slight, but significant little detail...

What approach did you take to achieve that result in the look of his flesh?

Light side, dark side...meh.  Just give me a lightsaber and a blaster and I'll take care of it!

Thanks for all the kind words. To be honest, this is a Sith Evolutions Darth Maul, well all but the right lower arm. I used my dremmel and basically went over the entire torso reeking havoc on the body. I cleaned off the dust and tried remove more of the hanging debris, however when I started painting, I notice how it began looking as if it was decaying flesh. For my paint color I used flesh tone, black and white. The more I painted the better it looked IMHO.

Again, this is one of several Sith that I really like.

Name: Chamirra Tsyr
Homeworld: Kintan
Species: Kadas'sa'Nikto
Gender: Male
Height: 1.9 Meters
Language: Nikto, Basic, Huttese
Era: The Old Republic
Affiliation: The Jedi Order, The Galactic Republic
Special Traits & Abilities:
  • Jedi Weapon Master – A Jedi Master who mastered the technique of wielding an exotic weapon was dubbed a Weapons Specialist, or Weapon Master. The Weapon Master was among the greatest physical fighters of the Order.

Form IV is the most acrobatic of all the forms and requires a Jedi to first master the Force Run, Jump, and Spin abilities. By incorporating all the Force powers that allow a Jedi to exceed standard norms of physical abilities, Jedi may resemble nothing less than a blur when using this style.
  • Member of the Jedi High Council
  • A philosophical warrior that believed heavily in what he referred to as the "Living Force," a method of focusing on the moment rather than contemplating the Force in all its degrees.
