Very nice, on the front page.

I really do like seeing the lighsaber combinations you come up with too. This one rocks.

The lightsaber hilt is actually a piece off a piece of  10 cent toy fodder at a local collectors shop.

I appreciate the kind words.  I was a bit concerned about this custom because the skin tones don't match one hundred percent. I was thinking it might make it seem kind of cheesy.

Did anyone notice that? Does anyone feel that this is a major issue?

Another part I was not sure about was the size of the head. I wasn't sure if it was too big.

Any thoughts?

Please...I appreciate the tips and advice. Who knows if I find a head that fits better, you never know, this may be updated.

All points are valid ones. I was going to say the neck was too long but figured you were just going for a quick and fun NPKB. I don't think the head is too small I think it is just the long neck. You could add some type of neck wrap to solv it and the sloppy hasbro paint ap on that figure, or just dremel the head a bit. The 2 tone skin is there but not too much of a distraction for me. I would hit that noggin with some dull cote and it will appear a bit lighter and less glossy. This is not one of your most elaborate customs and seems like a background type figure.

Worked on the neck so it is shorter and looks better.

LS - Thanks for the info.  The neck wrap is something I may have to think about.  The sloppy paint job on the neck and torso was something I was not really focused on.

I am curious about one thing, if I used dullcote on the head would that make it TOO dull compared to the rest of the skin?

Mungo, have you seen that Nick Fury head with the spot-on Samuel Jackson sculpt (i.e. the one with the eye patch)?  It came in a Toys R Us exclusive Iron Man pack, but looks like it could be an interesting replacement if you ever updated this fig (not saying that it needs to be at all).  Just a thought that crossed my mind...

Light side, dark side...meh.  Just give me a lightsaber and a blaster and I'll take care of it!

Thanks. I thought of that, but, I just don't want to buy the whole pack just to get that head.

I certainly hear ya' on that: way too much to pay for one head sculpt and a substandard lineup of figs...

Light side, dark side...meh.  Just give me a lightsaber and a blaster and I'll take care of it!

I've been looking through customs here on the Yards and I love your custom Jedi; I'd love to feature one or more of them in cameos as 3D models in my Tales From The Clone Wars web-comic, if that's alright with you?

EDIT: Here's an example I knocked up of your Chiss, Roth'os Set, if you like it:

Hey that would be cool. Just let me know when you get it finished. I would like to read and see it. As long as he doesn't go out like a sissy or anything, use it however you like.
