Some sellers offer free shipping in their auctions to try to encourage higher bids, Alex. Ebay likes this as they don't make any money off of the shipping price and some sellers will sell their items cheap but make up for it by charging a higher shipping price. They owe less of a final value fee to Ebay, that way.
It wouldn't cost too much to ship two loose clones worldwide so, I guess this seller wasn't worried about it.

By the way, Alex, I shipped a MOC Tattoine accessories set, the same size as a MOC 3 3/4 action figure to Germany, last week and was only charged $6.20. I had them research how much to send that same parcel to Australia and to Japan, and they quoted me the same price.

Somehow, I doubt that the winner of that auction is looking for an investment opportunity with their purchase, Alex. They are just looking for an unproduced figure from a great customizer. As long as the Clone Wars tv series is popular and Hasbro doesn't get around to making that figure, I have no doubt that this figure will hold it's value, at least on Ebay.
It's still a bit early in the auction and I'd say that the price will get higher before it's all said and done.

Thanks Alex but I'm sure that the customs fans who hate clones would disagree. Surly you can find some better customs than mine. I have.

Now you know why I don't buy customs. It's more run and rewarding to do it yourself.

I could see Sarge going for this one as the landspeeder is his favorite vehicle. That is one sweet custom for the larger figures.
