paint or sharpie

hey i was wondering, i use sharpie to make my customs should i use paint or keep using sharpie?

I would start using paint if you want to step your customs up a bit. Start by practicing on older figures, thin your paint a bit with water and apply it in several thin layers for best results.

Welcome to the yards bro . You can use both I do besides its really up to you to use what you like. Theres a whole plathora of customising methods in here everobody is super helpful so feel free to ask anybody any questions you see fit to ask  shit ive seen people use salt to weather stuff so ask away!!!!

Salt O.o well that's new to me . um i am (as you might have seen) getting ready to make some custom arf troopers i want to know what type of paint to use i have the colours i might need to get on a list (the famous pencil box list (pencil crayons))

citadels are good testors acryls too but they tend to be kind of shiny sometimes.

well i wont mind the shine for a new group im desining. but the ones that will need to look like they have been climeing trees / crawling through grass and mud. thats a problem
