The across the board 10 percent final value fee for non store owners is a recent thing. It would really hurt for the big ticket items where the percentage used to fall after you reached a certain dollar amount. The percentage of the shipping cost fee has been around for more than a year and certainly is not fair but I deal with it like any other eBay greed fees.
For a change, they made it better for store owners this time around by making the top fvf 9 percent " depending on the catagory" and making up to 150 monthly listings free " at my tier of store anyways" those used to cost me 20 cents a pop per month which doesn't seem like much until you get 100-150 of em going.
Yes, it's a scam but feebay is still where the traffic is at, especially if you sell globally.
